(Y/n)'s POV
"How in the hell did you get brainwashed?" The one known as Beast Boy who is actually my brother asks, woah this is a lot to take in right now,
"What's going on in here?" I hear a voice ask and I turn around to see Patrice and Donnie walking into the living room looking confused,
"I've no idea" I answer holding my hand to my head,
"Ok come on guys stop it, if this is some sick joke I suggest it ends now!" The boy Robin says, does he really think this is a joke?
"You seriously think this is a joke?! She's been brainwashed along with her friend Patrice and we're trying to get them back!" Tony shouts at Robin, Steve holds him back begging him to calm down, suddenly I feel someone holding onto my arm, I look to see Patrice
"Are you ok?" She asks concerned, I smile nodding,
"Yeah just, everything is so confusing" I say and she nods understanding exactly what I mean,
"How did she even get brainwashed in the first place?" Beast Boy ask, absolutely steaming with anger,
"I uh- it's kinda my fault she got brainwashed, Loki wanted revenge on the avengers and he used me to get it, he brainwashed me into thinking that the avengers brainwashed me, so he made me kidnap (Y/n) and brainwash her" Patrice says looking down ashamed, I rub her back comforting her letting her know it wasn't her fault
"So it's your fault then! You're the reason my sister doesn't remember who I am!" Beast Boy says getting closer ready to hurt her, but I step in front of her and give him a stern look,
"You may be my brother, but you will not hurt her, it wasn't her fault, if she knew what she was doing, she would have never kidnapped me, but she didn't know" I say sticking up for her,
"I knew something like this would happen!" Beast Boy says pacing around now, I look at him confused,
"What do you mean?" I ask
"I should have never let you live here with them, become an Avenger, look what it's done to you, you don't even remember your own brother! Or your family!" He says frustrated with tears in his eyes,
"She will remember though" I hear Patrice say and I turn around looking at her shocked, I will remember everything?
"How are you so sure?" Steve asks calmly,
"W-well do you remember your friend Bucky, the way he was brainwashed too?" She asks and I could see the pain in Steve's eyes as he remembers the painful memories of Bucky and his HYDRA days, he nods
"W-well, (y/n) and I were both brainwashed by the same machine Bucky was, and he eventually remembered everything, so I'm pretty sure we will too" she says hopefully, knowing that she wants to remember everything just as badly as I do,
Beast boy sighs and runs his hand through his green hair,
"How long will it take?" He asks her, she shrugs her shoulder
"I dunno, I mean Bucky started remembering things when he saw Steve and he talked to him about who he used to be, maybe if-"
"We can be basing this off of, 'ifs' and 'maybes', my sisters memories are at stake here!" He shouts getting angry again,
