The car stops in front of me, parking in a crooked angle, on the street. I was in this weird wide road street, like a big alleyway. The only sound, is the drip drop sound of water, splatting on the floor, leaking from the roof. There are big buildings around us, in some stuffy congregation. The buildings resemble old factories and warehouses. The sky is a dull grey color, going darker by the tick of seconds. The atmosphere was tainted with gloom and sadness. I stop my Nini, and watch as the doors to the car pop open, and everyone jumped out.
"Are we in the right place?" Brian aske, his nose squinting with disgust.
The air was filled with the smell of rain water and dust, making my throat tickle whenever I breathe in the strange combination.
"Yeah." Alex replies "Come on. We are going to have to walk a bit."
I watch as he looks around, like he was examining every crook and cranny in his sight. He looks like he was lost in his deep thoughts.
I wonder what he's thinking.
Suddenly he looks back at me and smiles.
"How was your ride?" he says loudly.
"Great, love the winds" I shout back.
"This place is dull." comments Amy.
"Yeah, really dull." agrees Jade.
"We should get going." Alex says quickly, almost looking like he wants to jump out of his skin.
Amy nods her head and Brian mumbles a 'yes'.
"Wait!" Jade says interrupting Alex's intention
"What?" I question.
"I was thinking...I should move the car to somewhere else." Jade replied.
"Why?" Amy asked.
"Because I was thinking that if people come through this place, just in case they might thinks it's weird that the car is park in the middle of nowhere. They might steal it or something. I'll put it more closely to where we are going and hide it in the corner." Jade explains.
"Ok...Go on and be quick to catch up to us" Brian command
"I'll leave my motorcycle here." I announce.
Alex quickly whispers to Jade the directions to the prophesist place. She nods her head, before she enters the car. She easily starts it off, before driving off, out of my sight.
"Come on." Alex says before starting to walk away, expecting us to follow.
I ran up to him and the others, as we all walked side by side, in a row. The place was really creepy. The building's shadows loomed over us, almost like they were moving with us. There was a crow on the building roof. It was covered in black feathers. The sharp beak, was close, like the end of a dangerous sword. Its round, wide eyes staring at us walk by.
There is something wrong here.
"It's ok. Nothing will come after us" Alex says interrupting my thoughts.
"I know that" I bit back "it's just something feels...really strange"
"Are you sure?" Amy says hesitantly.
I nod my head moving my hand nearer to my gun. Just in case. I don't know why but I have this dreading, pit feeling in my stomach something is very wrong. But the million dollar question is what? What was I feeling? After a while, being tortured by the dreading feeling, Alex stops suddenly. Brian caries on, causing him to bump into him, but Alex ignores him.
