I was driving in a median paste because my arm was still killing me. Alex had a strong grip around my stomach presumably so he wouldn't fall off. Well that's what I hoped he was doing. I don't know how long I can drive for because of my arm and Alex is hurt in his hands so he is not an option. I know for a fact that I won't be able to drive back to where the pack place is so maybe we should stop somewhere close like Ms Fernando house. "Maybe we should go to Ms Fernando house because of your arm, you won't be able to drive all the way" suggested Alex. Wait a minute how did he know? How did he know I was thinking the same thing?

Before I knew what, I was doing I pressed the break on Nini grinding her to a halt. "What" Alex starts but I ignore him. I quickly grabbed my keys from the engine before climbing off Nini. "Macy" Alex says "What are you doing" "We are not going anywhere" "What? Why?" "Because I want some answers secret boy" "Macy" "You need to spill a bit or I am not driving a step further" "What" "How do you do it? How did you know I was thinking about going to Ms Fernando?"

Alex eyes widen in surprise and he looked like he had no idea what to say. Point two for the surprising assassin. I didn't let Alex say a word before I continued "How did you know my motorcycle was called Nini when I didn't tell you?" I shouted. "Uh Macy it's" Alex started but I interrupted "No Alex, what is it top secretive" I said sarcastically. "No Macy, not exactly but it's" Alex started to say. "No, I want to know Alex how do you know what I'm going to say or do?" I asked angrily. "I... I" Alex tries to start a sentence. I started to try and calm myself down or I won't get anywhere. "I need to know Alex, how you can do it. Can you read minds or something" I suggested?

Alex eyes widen in shock before he looked away with a guilty look in his eyes. "You can't read minds, can you?" I repeated "Can you?" Alex was still not looking into my eyes like he was struggling to decide. "Alex, you can't read minds can you?" I asked him. Alex finally looked at me his eyes looked full of worry and sorrow. "Yes, I can" Alex whispered. I stared at him shocked not expecting this to come out. "You can read minds" I said. Then I pause for a second before repeating "You can read minds". Yep that didn't sound believable the second time. "I know it's hard to believe but just think something and I promise I will make the perfect reply" Alex said.

Brian will never find his heaven because he is too stupid and angry I thought stupidly. Hey when I am under pressure I have a very bad habit of taking the mick of people even if they are not there. "Bran can find his heaven if he tries" Alex says slowly. I gaped at him my mouth wide open. No way can he do this. "Yes, way I can" Alex said. My eyes widen suddenly I needed more proof. What's one add one I thought? "Two" Alex replied. Why did the chicken cross the road? I asked stupidly. Alex laughed loudly before answering "So he could get to the other side" I couldn't believe this. Reading minds aren't normal well many things are not normal but reading minds seriously who could have thought people can do this however I still have one mind question for Alex. How can you do this?

"I was born with it" Alex explained. "What do you mean you were born with it?" I asked. "I've been able to read minds of every living thing since I was born" Alex said. "So, you can read every living thing including animals" I questioned. Alex nodded his head. This is unbelievable. "So, can you read the minds of the creatures of the night" Ok those things might be inhuman however they are living things. "It's complicated, I can read their minds but it's so confusing and sticky in there, it's like one rush thought after another, I can't understand a thing" Alex explained. "Is this why you are laughing all the time, you think my mind is funny" I asked. Alex smiled a gigantic smile showing off his dimples. "You are really funny to be honest especially in your mind" Alex admitted. I nodded my head at least that explains why he always acts weird because he knows what I'm thinking. "Actually, there is a bit more" Alex announced. I frowned looking at him wondering what. Suddenly I heard a sound from the corner of my mind. It was quiet at first and you couldn't tell what it was but soon it became louder so loud that I could tell what it was. It was a deep velvet voice inside my head saying "Now you can hear me too"
