Chapter 17

The next morning started very slow. Firstly it wasn’t even mourning. I had woken up midday exactly to a shrieking Amy. It turns out that she couldn’t find one of her most important dresses. She acted like the conversation yesterday didn’t even happen. I didn’t respond to Amy but just went to have a shower. The Luke warm water was perfect for my redden skin near my neck and arm. The mark hadn’t disappeared but then again it hasn’t gotten any worse. So that was a good thing I suppose. After a nice shower I decided to wear a white blouse with a mini blue jacket and leggings.

What I meant by decided to wear is just me grabbed the first thing out of the closet that did not look like a dress. I would rather much wear a T-shirt and jeans but there was none. I think Amy had burned the clothes that I had brought too and put in the car but when I asked Amy where they were she said she didn’t see any. Liar.

For about a few hours’ we had a nice long talk about all the supernaturals and what you should and should not do when facing one. I learned quiet a lot. Listen, like when it comes to shape shifter you can never tell if there is one. So you have to look at the person’s personality. If they even act a slightest bit out of ordinary then you know you have got a shape shifter at hand.

When I ask Amy how shape shifter’s change body she said don’t ask because she had no idea. Shape shifter’s like to do it in private for some odd reason. I also learnt for a werewolf like Brain that they are really strong and fast. They can see in the dark but the thing they treasure most is their sense of smell. They can tract anything just by its smell. They can smell everything there is in a one mile radius or more. The only time when werewolf’s can heal is when they turn into their wolf. Amy also told me that if Brain was ever without his shirt then he would have patterns on his back. These patterns are an indication of what status he is in a werewolf pact because back in their own world wolves run in their own pacts. By status I mean Alpha or warrior something like that. When I asked what Brain was Amy told me she didn’t know because he wouldn’t tell her? It looks like everyone likes to keep their secrets.

Then she went on to Valkyrie which is what Jade is. The first thing she told me like a warning was that you never fight a hand to hand combat fight with a Valkyrie. Yeah it turns out that if you do then you’ll lose because of how skilled they are at fighting. Even when it comes to short combat weapons with Valkyrie you shouldn’t do so because they always have the upper advantage as they are really graceful as well as being agility. Not only that but they are quiet strong and very cunning. The best thing to do when fighting a Valkyrie is to stay long from them and use long combat weapons. Oh by the way Jade was really serious when she said that she could poke my eyes with a candy cane. She can actually use an object and turn it into a weapon of mass destruction.

Then Amy talks about witches which she did have a hint of pride in her voice when she did. It turns out there are many spells that witches have to learn. When they are young they actually do go to this kind of school back in their world where they would learn how to use their magic because it can be very unstable. Amy was of course the top of her class the clever clogs.

Also the downside of witches is that they aren’t very good when it comes to combat or fighting. They much prefer peaceful means but would stick up if needed to which is a lot. All witches can see Aura’s since they are born and the only way they can describe them is like a flowing liquid of colour around the person. I asked Amy if it bugs her but she says she’s use to it.

I wanted to ask her what my aura was like but I couldn’t bring myself too. I was already so different to why should I start piling more on. When I asked her what a boy who is a witch how was he meant to be like? Amy replied going that boy witches were called warlocks and was just like witches except for tow things. They could control their power much more easily because they weren’t that emotional and that they couldn’t see aura. No one knew why but only female witches can see aura.

Next up were vampires. The basic’s that are presented in films were actually true. They did have pale skin and sharp fangs. They could only drink blood by the usual biting in the neck like Valentina however the person does not turn into a vampire if they get bitten. They have to consume some of the vampire’s blood and then die which then they come back alive as the unread so it is kind of like me. And if they eat and food they would have to vomit it out because they can’t digest food. They do burn in the sun to ash but because there really isn’t a sun nowadays it really doesn’t matter to vampires.
