I went on my Twitter and clicked to compose a new tweet. I typed in, 'I really miss my best mate... I wish he missed me too.' And sent it. What were the chances Louis would see that? Well, slim to none- or so I thought. A few minutes later, I felt my phone buzz, and it was my DM's. It was Louis. Our conversation went like this:
Louis: Meg, why'd you tweet that? What's wrong?
Me: Louis... Just stop.
Louis: Meg... I want to make sure you're okay.
Me: Why now all of a sudden?! It's been 3 years Louis. 3 years. Alot has happened since you've been gone. You haven't even texted me. In 3 years...
I closed my Twitter app and sat on the couch, mad as ever. Why did he now, all of a sudden, care about me again? I was at a loss for words. I went into my bathroom and wet my hands with water, washing my face as I looked at myself in the mirror. So much had changed...
I was walking down the main road in Doncaster, admiring the bright sun and enjoying the weather as I saw the HMV crowded with people. I glanced over and saw none other than Liam Payne of One Direction, who was doing a signing. I had been pretty close to Liam when he was on X-Factor with Louis... I cringed as the memories came flooding back. I walked into the boutique and bought some new shirts and jeans, along with some new shoes, and returned to my flat.
I opened the door to find Liam sitting on my couch, scrolling through the channels on my TV.
"LIAM! WHY ARE YOU IN MY HOUSE?!" I yelled, shocked and scared at why Liam was in my house, and how in the world he had gotten inside. He smirked, holding up a spare key. "From Lou's." My expression softened. "He didn't lose it...?" Liam looked at me sympathetically. "No, he didn't. You think he stopped talking to you, don't you...?" I stared at Liam in shock, and he said, "Come here and sit down..."
