Louis and I still sat in the room together. Our fallout wasn't going to be solved that easily. I felt better seeing Louis, but I was still wary about trusting him. "Meg, I just need you to know something." Louis began, putting his hand on mine. "Do you remember that picture of us from the photo booth from when we went down to Brighton Pier?" I pondered for a moment and replied, "Yeah." My emotions were still blank. Louis shuffled through his pocket, and he took out a slip of paper. It was laminated, because it had been worn out- I noticed that it was our picture from the pier. "I keep this in my pocket during interviews and during touring and gigs. Meg... I've missed you alot. I've missed our fun times and conversations, our all nighters and heart to hearts... I missed it all." He said, smiling weakly as he handed me the picture. My eyes gleamed as a smile began to graze my cheeks. My face returned unemotional, and I replied, "Lou... Why do you care so much? I'm just a burden. In primary and secondary school, you were always protecting me. I never did anything for you." Louis gripped my biceps with his hands tightly and began by saying, "Megan... You helped me find my character. You helped me discover who I am today. You're my best friend. Of course I would stand up for you back in school! I still will! I hate seeing my best friend hurt. If anyone hurts you, they have to deal with me. You're like a twin sister to me. We're so alike and we're so close. You always inspired me to follow my dreams and keep working hard. Without you, I wouldn't be here today. Having you at all of the X-Factor events meant the world to me, and it still means so much. You complete me, Megan." Tears grazed my eyes as Louis embraced me yet again. "I love you, Louis..." I said, sniffling as he caressed my back soothingly. "I love you too, Meggo."

I woke up on the daybed to see Liam staring at me from the doorway. "Oh god!" I yelled in shock, falling off of the daybed. Liam laughed, shutting the door behind him. He helped me up, and we sat facing each other on the daybed. "So how did everything go with Lou last night?" He asked happily. "Great. We stayed up talking for hours... Liam... Thanks for doing this. It means the world." I said, hugging him. Liam returned the hug, and replied soothingly in my ear, "I'm just glad to see you and Louis in each other's company again... And I'm glad to see you happy again." Liam looked down at me as I looked up at him in confusion.

Liam reached his hand and put it modestly on my knee. I had a bad feeling that Liam had found out about one of my many secrets. His hand crept up to my upper thigh, and he traced straight lines horizontally across my pant leg. Tears welled in my eyes as he looked at me and asked, "You do, don't you...?" I nodded weakly, making myself extremely vulnerable- and I hated that. Liam embraced me deeply as the tears escaped my eyes. He shushed me and rubbed my back, calming me down. "P-Please don't t-tell Lou..." I said. Liam looked at me sympathetically. "P-Please..." Liam's expression lit up, and he replied softly, "I won't- on one condition." I gazed up at him in confusion. "You come to me if you feel like doing that again... Okay?" I nodded, and Liam hugged me once more. As we separated, he put his arm around me and suggested, "Let's go get some breakfast, yeah?"
