On the weekend, when I was at the jewellery store, I was actually surprised to see Jacob come in for another visit, making me jealous of whoever the girl was that was being subjected to all of his affections.

And he looked very dashing too. A white shirt tucked in nicely into a pair of dark jeans that did hid backside justice. His black hair was also styled to perfection, the front of his hair creating a perfect whoosh at his forehead.

"I need a pair of earrings for someone." He asked me, without even scanning the store first. That made me feel slightly complimented, seeing as he seemed to trust my judgement.

"Any price ranges?" I questioned.

"No, just something that'll make her appreciate me." He responded so sweetly, I was envious of his partner.

When I was at the cash register, scanning his item, a gorgeous pair of gold studs, I blurted something out that was totally inappropriate.

"So what's your opinion on black lives matter?"
