In the morning everyone left. I was exhausted. We stayed up till the sunrise in the morning, around 5:00 A.M.

We all woke up at about 8:30. After I made myself a quick eggs and toast, Amy went out to go shopping. She returned later in the day and I helped her bring in all the groceries. The first bag I carried in was strange, it was filled with bandanas. The big bandanas you could cover you're whole head with.

"What're these for?" I asked Amy.

"Oh I think they look really good on me!" she tried one on, "Don't ya think?"

I laughed, nodding. But why did she have so much? I didn't feel like asking anymore so I went into my room for a nap.

As soon as I laid down in my bed I realized I couldn't find my phone. I checked in Amy's room being that I was taking pictures of a beautiful cardinal outside her window earlier. There it was on her dresser. I walked over to it. On the way, I hit my hip on the side of a slightly open drawer. The drawer fell off, onto the ground, scattering paper contents everywhere. I didn't pay much attention to the papers I just got a glance of a letter that read the name, Lisa, on it. Not wanting to snoop, I quickly put the papers in the drawer and positioned the drawer back into the dresser.

Though I did wonder who Lisa was and why Amy had kept so many letters from her. Maybe it was her mother. She always told me her mother died years before she adopted me. She had no siblings either. Amy really had no family, like me.

The next day I, for some reason, am itching to find my dad or a relative.

"Amy... I want to find my family," I told Amy as she sat on the couch watching TV with Estelle and Brutus.

She didn't say anything for a while. When she did it was brief. "How, sweetie?"

I was looking for her help with just that. I just walked away.
