Hayley // Pistol
"You ready for this?" Harum asked as he gripped my hand tightly.
"Yeah I think so," I gulped as I slid down my seat. Harum even got a car for this.
He was gonna drive in & park outside & wait for my signal so that him & the rest of the guys could come in.
We parked outside the bank & I got myself ready.
"Okay babe, here's your ear piece," he put it in my ear for me,
"Can you hear?" he asked.
"Stooge. Meech. Come in," I asked.
"What's up mamacita," Meechie greeted me.
"Yeah I can hear them," I chuckled quietly.
"Okay good. Here's this purse," he handed it to me.
"Oh pretty," I gushed & took it.
"That's the duplicate. I bought the real one for you. It's at the cabin," he smiled.
"Awww babe," I smiled back.
"Um guys we have a heist to pull off," Stooge said.
"Oh yeah right. What's the bag for?" I asked.
"There's a tear gas bomb in there. It'll go off when you put it on the ground. It activates by touching a hard surface. Whatever you do, do not put it on the ground before you signal Stooge & Meechie got it?" he asked me.
"Got it," I nodded.
"Lemme just switch it on," he pressed the bottom of the bag which had a sensor.
"The second it goes off I'll rush in & give you a mask. Now go out there," Harum gave me a kiss on the cheek & smiled at me. I smiled back & got out the car.
"This is it" I thought.
I was dressed in an official manner to not raise suspicion. I pushed the glass doors of the building & entered.
"What do you see?" Stooge asked me.
"Not a lot of people. About only two or three bank tellers but there's more security than bank tellers. Is that a problem?" I asked.
"Yes but we can take 'em," Meechie said.
"One of the women just made eye contact at me. Should I go ask her for help?" I asked.
"Yes. Tell her you would like to apply for a loan & that your name is Victoria Garners. That's the signal," Stooge explained.
"Okay," I agreed & put in my biggest fake smile.
"Hello welcome to Bridge Centre. How may I help you?" she asked & she gave a smile as fake & has huge as mine.
"Yes, I would like to apply for a loan," I sat down & put the bag on the arm rest of the chair.
"I can help you with that. All you need to do is fill out this form," she pushed a collection of paperwork to me through the slot.
"What is your name?" she asked me. My heart began to race. I knew in this moment, this would make or break our heist.
"Victoria Garners," I smiled & I knew it was it.
"Drop the bag now," Meechie commanded. I gripped the handles in my hand & looked at it. I dropped the bag & the second it hit the floor, the place was clouded in dangerous smoke.
I couldn't see. I just heard a few screams & heard people running. I heard glass doors shatter & saw a few bodies moving. I grabbed my pistol from my bag & tried my best to cover my face.
"Pistol!" I herd Harum yell.
"Harum!" I yelled back. He ran up to me in the smoke & slipped the mask over my face.
"You okay?" he asked.
"Yeah," I nodded & we headed for the safe. The blast from the bomb was so powerful, it knocked the hinges off the safe.
We pushed the door forward & just before we went in, Badger threw another bomb in there to cloud up the cameras inside.
We made it fast. We opened all our bags & stuffed as much money as our hands & bags could carry. We took turns as other kept fending off security in the front. All of this was just so exhilarating.
"Go! Go! Go!" Harum shot out of the safe & made a run for it with the money as we all followed behind. We ran outside & saw there were already police starting to swarm bikes head West.
"Pistol & I will head East!" Harum yelled & we all made a break for it. Harum & I got in the car & sped off while the police were hot on our tail.
"Baby I need you to fend them off," he was driving furiously.
"How? This little caliber won't do the trick," I panicked.
"Jump to the back & use what's under the sheet," he ordered me. I climbed over to the back & revealed what was under the sheet.
"A machine gun?" I gawked. God I felt like puking.
"Baby please. I know you can do this," his voice changed. He truly believed in me. Despite all done, he still believed in me.
I looked at him through the rear view mirror & took the machine gun in my hands. I put on the vendetta mask next to me & opened the window. I hung out & started shooting. The machine gun was too much for me to handle but with Hayes' encouragement lingering in my head I could do it.
One by one I watched the police cars start to slow down as I aimed for the tires. They shot back too but their guns weren't as powerful. It was then Hayes derailed from the road & we went downhill.
"Hold on babe," he mentioned & we were suddenly in darkness.
"Hayes where are we?" I asked nervously. I felt like crying.
"Too too," Hayes called out. There was suddenly light & all the guys were inside.
"What the fuck?" I asked as I got out the car.
"I knew this place would come in handy pretty damn soon," Hayes laughed as he got out too.
"What is this place?" I asked.
"An abandoned garage we hide in from the cops when we come this side," Benz explained.
"Did you camouflage it when you shut the door?" Hayes asked.
"Yeah, got the logs up & everything," Cube said.
"Keep it down," Badger put his ear on the cold metal, "they're passing."
We waited silently as we heard noises pass us.
"The coast is clear," he signaled & they all cheered.
"Okay, everybody reverse direction & return to the cabin now," Hayes ordered & everyone got back on their bikes.
"So we did it?" I asked as I got back into the car.
"Yeah we did it," he smiled at me.
I have never felt so achieved in my life. I made it. We made it.
