Hayley

"How was your first day honey?" my dad asked.

"Good," I murmured.

"Did anyone give you grief?" he asked, his questions getting excessively annoying.

"No dad," I said sternly.

"I'm just trying to make sure you're okay Hayley," he sympathised.

"Dad. I'm okay. Seriously just stop hovering over me," I groaned.

"They did do something to you Hayley didn't they?" he stood up.

"Dad. Sit down," I said sternly.

"Did they!" he yelled, tears starting to fall from his face.

"They didn't do anything. Why don't you believe me?" I asked quietly.

"Because you're traumatised Hayley. You don't know how to deal with this," he commanded.

"Dad, I'm seventeen. I'm old enough to deal with things myself. When I was out there, staring into the cold eyes of my kidnappers, did I cry? No. I didn't. Because I knew I could handle it," I stood up & pushed my chair, "now if you'll excuse me, I'm heading to bed. I've had enough shit for one day."

"I'm sorry Hayley," he murmured, "I love you..."

9:58pm.

Two minutes till confessions night.

I let out a big sigh & stared at my ceiling. I missed them. I missed the life. I missed Badger & Stooge & Cube & Meechie & Baby face, hell I even missed Benz. I didn't know if I even truly loved him. But I missed him hitting on me all the time, even though I hated it. But I especially missed Harum. Hayes.

I soundly closed my eyes & tried to drift off to sleep when I heard something on my window. I ignored it & tried to sleep when I heard another sound on my window.

"Fucking hell," I groaned & sat up. I turned to face my window & saw Stooge perched tightly on my windowsill. I gasped in shock & excitement as I ran to open the window.

"Stooge!" I yelled quietly as I didn't wanna wake up my dad.

"Hayley!" he yelled quietly too.

"Agh please who's Hayley? Pistol at your service," I smirked.

"Alright I see you baby girl," he smirked & kissed my cheek.

"What're you doing here?" I asked.

"How'd you know where I live?" I asked.

"Well I used to live in this neighborhood & I could tell you're from here. I looked for your mailbox," he chuckled & walked around my room, "we're here to rescue you."

"We?" I asked.

"Yeah the guys are outside on their bikes. Well that is if you wanna come with us. We don't leave Karnis behind you know," he chuckled.

"I wanna go. I've missed you guys so much," I smiled.

"We missed you too. Now quick, grab some things & let's jet before your dad or worse, the feds get us," he chuckled. I headed to my closet & stuffed some things in a duffle bag.

"What does this make me now?" I asked.

"A runaway. Now you're a true Karni," he smirked & headed for my bedroom door.

"C'mon let's go," he commanded.

"Wait," I stopped him, looking for a pen & paper & scribbling down a quick note.

"What's that for?" he asked.

"Closure," I nodded & grabbed my bag.

"Beautiful," he smiled & headed out my room. I followed behind him as we quietly reached the door.

"Any last goodbyes?" he whispered.

"Goodbye crappy house. Goodbye crappy ceiling. Goodbye crappy couch. Goodbye crappy TV. Goodbye crappy painting on the wall. & goodbye dad," I whispered & held the door knob.

"What? No crappy for daddy?" he asked.

"Nah he wasn't crappy. He just never understood. Not his fault," I opened the door & we made a break for it.

We ran down the street & saw a bunch of headlights in the bushes. The boys.

"I got her!" Stooge yelled as he got on his bike.

"Welcome back baby girl," Cube greeted.

"Aye," Benz scowled, "I missed you baby girl."

"I missed you too daddy," I smirked & walked towards his bike.

"Get on," Benz ordered. I smiled & hopped on the back of his bike, clutching his rock hard stomach & pulling myself close to him.

"Karnis away!" Harum yelled & the boys revved their engines. We all took off, the engines echoing in the streets.

I felt the wind hit my hands. My nerves began to loosen up. I felt free. I felt alive.

Benz kept slowing down & speeding up. He was excited. They were all excited. To have me back. In good time we reached the cabin & it was exactly how I left it.

"Good to be home," I sighed & got off the bike.

"Well lights out Karnis. We've got a lot to do tomorrow," Harum said.

"Heist?" I asked.

"Nope. But a lot of things to do," he waved me off. He didn't even look at me. I felt like my presence to Harum was a bother which was quite a shame.

"C'mon babe. I'll update you on everything," Benz took my hand & led me into the cabin to the room.

"Wow this place is actually clean," I chuckled.

"Yeah. I cleaned it up just for you," he smirked & walked closer to me. He slowly reached for the bottom of his shirt & pulled it off, revealing his tanned body to me. Benz had a great body. That was no lie.

"Shouldn't you tell me what happened first," I chuckled & ran my hands down his chest.

"Well on that confessions night when you told us just how you got here, good job killing your boyfriend by the way I'm never getting you mad," he chuckled & I chuckled, "just as you passed out, we heard sirens & saw police lights & we jetted. We took our bikes & left the cabin. I would've taken you with me, I really would've babe, but they were screaming your name so I couldn't take you away from them."

"Thanks babe but I want to be here. With you guys. With you," I gave him a small peck on the lips.

"Harum found out that his brother snitched to the cops that you were here & he's been angry as hell ever since. That's why tonight he wasn't himself. Just give him a few days," he explained.

"Yeah I found out & I was actually so mad for him. But whatever, I'm back & I really wanna get to know if my baby has changed in anyway," I smirked.

"Well examine me," he crashed his lips onto mine.
