Chapter 7: The guardian

Hibiki squeezes Hikaru hands and they both successfully went through the gate and the lights dimmer down.

Hikaru pov

I-i made it. -Gave a sigh of relief- Misaki said,''Whew, we all made it, now all we have to do is go up the mountain right?" Kazuki nodded. And we all started walking up the mountain.

-They reach the top of the mountain in no top-

Misaki pov

....TOO EASY!!!!! The holy sword is in front of me and Kazuki said,''Go ahead and take it.'' I take my hand out and reach for it.

Just as Misaki was about to pull the sword out, vines grow out of the grass and starts to surround the sword and the vines attacks our friends. 

Misaki pov

I was so stunned that when a vine came straight and attack me i couldn't move. Kazuki grab my hand strong and pull me to him where Hibiki is. Hikaru called out,''Ice make: blade.'' And then her whole two arms was cover in ice and with sharp points. Hikaru cuts the vine that are charging to me. Hibiki said,''It seems like the vines are only going after Misaki, why?!" Kazuki reply,''Because Misaki have the Kurata blood in her.'' I recover a little of my courage. Hikaru smile and said,''I will create a path for you.'' Hikaru said,''Ice make: shatter.'' Many like ninjas stars cut through the vines in a straight path and i run up towards the sword and grab it. It won't budge! Hibiki and Kazuki comes to help me and Hikaru is trying her best to not let any vines hit me. Why won't it move?! Kazuki said,'' Ah, i forgot, the queen told me that the sword lays a guardian, it will obey the Kurata commands, so maybe if Misaki order the sword to move and let it becomes hers?" I nodded and said,''I, Misaki Kurata, demand you holy sword to become mine and serve me until death!'' 

The sword glows and finally got out of the ground and into Misaki hands. All the vines disappear into ashes and when the sword finally stop glowing a green figure came out of the sword.

Misaki pov

Whats happening? A green figure came out of the glow and a pretty woman was formed. She smiled and said in a pretty and clam voice,''My mistress, i am the holy sword of nature, you are able to summon anything creatively that is related to nature, including animals also, you have pass the test that i given you. I am proud to be once use again by a Kurata family member.'' I ask,''How many years have you been here?" The green holy sword reply,''Who knows, it is so long that i don't remember.'' I ask,''May i have your name?" She smiled back to Misaki and reply,''You, my mistress, need to give me my own name :)" I reply,''Then, Midori-chan, nice to meet you.'' (Midori= greenery.) Midori smile and said,''I will now go back into the sword, if you have any question please ask me.'' I thank her and she disappear and then a voice came out of the sword. Midori said,''Even thought i am not showing you my physical form i can still speak to you in your mind.'' That's cool.

Hikaru pov

Whew, that was hard fighting all those vines,(lay down) it was hard to keep up my ice magic too. Hibiki went up to me and said,''Good luck, you were awesome but you still nee training.'' I reply,''Of course! I won't be satisfied with my magic level until it is at the same level at your Hibiki!'' Hibiki laughs and lay down with me. Then the same voice that i heard from Misaki sword friend, Midori, she talked to me. Midori said,''Your ice magic was good to defeat and cut down my vines, i am impress but i sense some dark magic in you miss, who are you?" I reply in my head of course,''I am just a normal girl who is just following around Misaki and trying to get my memories back~'' Midori was quiet for a sec and reply,''Since you were protecting my mistress, i guess i have no need to suspect you, Have a good day.'' You have a good day too. -Conversation over-

Kazuki woke up Hibiki and Hikaru who is laying so comfortable on the grass that they actually fall asleep. They all walk back down the mountain and Kazuki and Misaki went through the gate again ahead. Hikaru try to go through herself but.....the gate rebound her back. Lucky the gate is not able to see each side gate. So Misaki and Kazuki did not see what happen to Hikaru. Hikaru is frighten again. She shiver so much. Hibiki saw what happen and reach to her and hugged her. 

Hibiki repeat words,''Its ok, its ok, its ok, don't worry, don't worry, i am here, i am here, shhhhhhhh, i am here, don't worry, don't worry, i won't leave you alone, shhhhh, i am here, your not alone.'' Hibiki was continuously patting her head and now Hikaru is a little calmed down. Hibiki squeeze Hikaru hands and said,''We will do this together! I won't leave you alone, we can do it!'' Hibiki words reach Hikaru heart and they both walk through the gate together. Will Hikaru be bounce back and be left alone in the holy mountain by herself?
