🌺Aleiah🌺

I closed my locker, only to see Jaden standing right there, scaring the hell out of me. I jumped as I held my heart. "Damn it, Jaden! Don't do that! You almost gave me a heart attack!" I said.

"Oh, sorry." He apologized.

"It's fine. So what did you want?"

"Uh, I just wanted to see if you were okay from the party on Saturday. I haven't heard from you."

"Well, I've been busy." I lied. Truth was, I was avoiding him.

"Oh, ok." He said in a doubtful tone.

"Why'd you say it like that?"

"Because I know you're lying." He shrugged, smirking.

"Whatever. Why don't you go hang out with your new girlfriend, and leave me alone?" I say bitterly.

"Oh, so that's what it is."

"What is 'it', Jaden?" I say, getting irritated.

"You're jealous."

"Jealous?"

"That's what I said."

"What do I need to be jealous for?"

"I don't know, maybe because you're jealous of my fan."

"I am not jealous of your---- fan?"

Jaden laughed. "You thought I was dating her?"

"I mean, well she made it seem like she was---"

"Aleiah, Aleiah, Aleiah." He shook his head chuckling. "I don't like her. She's just a girl that kept me warm at the party, you know. Like Malak had that other girl with him."

"Then why was she all over you and making it look like you guys were together?"

"She has a crush on me, why else?"

I feel stupid. "Oh..."

He grabbed me by my waist and pulled me closer to him. "Aleiah, even though you're probably still upset at me, I wouldn't dare to date someone else. Even if you're still around me."

"I don't know what to say, Jaden."

"How about you tell me what you were trying to tell me at the party?" He pulled himself away from me, but remained close.

"I, uh, I read the letter you wrote me from when we broke up."

He raised his eyebrow. "Oh really? Ajah finally gave it to you?"

I nodded my head as we began to walk out of the school. We were the last people to leave the hall. "Yeah, and I should slap you."

He frowned. "Why?"

"Because, you made me cry." I fake pouted.

He laughed. "Well, good. I'm glad that you finally believed me when I said I love you."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." I say as we turned the corner to the park.

"Do you?"

"Do I what?"

"Do you still love me?"

I smiled. "Do you still love me?"

"You know that I do." He smiled.

"Good."

"Now do you still love me?" We stopped in front of the park.

"Always..." I blushed as he smiled. "Nigga, you always got me blushing and crying!" I playfully pushed him as I continued to walk through the park. He laughed as he followed and wrapped his arms around my waist.
