"Tayvion, I-I don't know if I want to go through with this. We're still in high school, and we're too young for this." I worried.

"Mimi, I promise you, we'll be fine. We got this, bae, alright? High school is almost over, so there's nothing to worry about."

"But college? What about college?"

"We can still go to college. We'll have to work something out, but that's okay."

I sighed as I looked down at my hands that were in my lap. A few tears dropped on them. "I'll only keep it, if you want me to keep it." I looked up at him.

"Of course I want you to keep it. C'mere, don't cry, bae." He said as he embraced me. He kissed me on my forehead. "I love you so much, Mi'shaana."

I scoffed as I pushed away from him while he laughed. "Don't call me by my government name, Tayvion. It's embarrassing."

"What, it's not that bad."

I gave him a glare. "Shut up." I wiped my eyes as he continued to chuckle. "I really love you, Mimi."

"I love you too, Tay."

I hope everything would just be okay.

Tomorrow was the day. The day that so many high school students have been waiting for, for so long. The day that would have everyone asking themselves the same question over and over again:

What now?

I'm already asking myself that question, and I haven't even graduated yet. I know for a fact that I am going to miss high school, but then again, I'm happy that we're leaving this school.

My phone vibrated in my pocket, and I looked to see Jaden calling me, surprisingly. I rolled my eyes before answering.

"I assume you got my message." I answered.

He chuckled. "Yeah. Um, I'm sorry for acting like that the other day. It was just a.... very busy day."

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever, Jaden."

"Why you sound so mad, babe? I'm sorry."

"Because, you was on some weird shit for no reason. Like, no. That shit was not okay. You foreal had m--"

"Alright, alright! What you want to eat, woman? Jesus."

I groaned, feeling defeated. Truth was, I wasn't really mad at him today, I was actually really hungry. Yeah, I'm crazy. Fuck you.

"Chick-fil-a. But this isn't over, Jaden!"

"I know you're not even mad at me anymore because you wouldn't have even answered the phone."

I rolled my eyes. "Fuck you."

"What time?"

"Neverrr."

He chuckled. "You'll give in eventually, princess."

I blushed at him calling me "princess". "We'll see about that."

"Oh, is that a challenge? Are you challenging me, Aleiah?"

"Maybe I am, maybe I'm not."
