I stood in the empty hallway, that held many memories. Today was the day I finally leave this school, but I didn't realize how much I would miss every memory that this very school holds. I remember my first day here like it happened yesterday.

I gazed around the classroom, and I only saw one seat available in the middle section, surrounded by boys. I just went and sat down as I played with my fingers in nervousness.

"Wassup?" I heard a boy next to me say. I looked at him and he was smiling at me. He was light skinned, had curly and mixed black hair, and a perfectly chiseled face that his big brown eyes completed. He was so cute.

"Wassup?" I said, letting my true srlf come out. He chuckled at me.

"I'm Malak." He reached his hand out for me to take it.

"I'm Aleiah." I said as I took his hand.

"Wassup, Aleiah? Where you come from?"

"Texas."

"What the hell is 'Texas'?" He joked, making me laugh. "Nah, I'm just playin'."

"Ooohh, Malak, I'm telling Sasha on yo ass! You over here tryna mack, bruh!" I heard another boy say. I looked over to see a dark skinned boy with a bucket hat on.

Malak smacked his lips. "Man, Tayvion, shut the hell up, bruh!"

"Mad, or nah?" Tayvion teased as Malak sent him a bird.

"Yo, Jaden!" Malak yelled to the boy behind me. He had on a black hoodie and he had his earphones in while he was on his phone, so I couldn't see his face.

"The fuck you want?" I heard the boy behind me say. I turned around to look at him, and I almost died.

He was light skinned with soft, curly black hair, big brown eyes, a face that made you almost have a heart attack, and a voice that just made you want to fuck the shi----

I laughed at how wild I used to be, remembering the first thoughts I had when I first met Jaden. It's really crazy how much I've changed, it really surprises me if anything. I thought I would stay that way forever, even though I still am, but with a mask of maturity to hide it. Crazy how high school can not only educate you on subjects like math, science, and history, but it also can teach you how to be a different person. For better or worse.

"Yo, who this?" The boy with the hoodie asked me. I turned around and looked at him as he looked at me in an unreadable facial expression.

"Oh, bro, this the new girl, Aleiah. Aleiah, this is Jaden." Malak introduced.

"And don't be tryna flirt, or I'ma tell Sabrina." Tayvion added, making Jaden smack his lips.

"Bro, shut the fuck up!" Jaden hissed.

"Swear! That nigga said the same to me about Sasha. He just misses Mimi." Malak teased in a girly tone.

I laughed, remembering it all as if it all were happening now. I remembered the first time Jaden kissed me.

"Jaden, what are you doing here?"

Instead of answering, he just crashed his lips against mine, sending all kinds of electricity all over my body. I was so shocked, I couldn't kiss back or push him off. But then I came back to reality and pushed him away.
