It was about 12 o'clock at the San Francisco Hackerspace and Marcus was sitting with his best friend, Wrench. They were watching the latest Joey Siska movie, 'Cyberdriver'. Wrench was snuggled comfortably into Marcus' side. Marcus' arm was around Wrench's waist and he had his chin rested upon Wrench's head. They had stolen the script from this movie and made a replica of the car from it. So they already knew what would happen. Wrench yawned and shifted under Marcus' arm. He looked at Wrench and asked,"Is a certain hacker tired?" Wrench looked up at Marcus and said,"N-No." Marcus pulled Wrench's head onto his lap at started to hum a lullaby. Wrench said,"You dirty...fu--" And trailed off while drifting to sleep. Marcus leaned down and took Wrench's mask off. He pecked Wrench's cheek and started to fall asleep himself. He wondered what Wrench would do if he found out he took off his mask. Not that he cared of course, he just wondered. Marcus closed his eyes and heard Wrench say,"Goodnight, M." And he smiled. He stroked Wrench's head and
said,"Love ya." And they went silent.
