Chapter Thirty-Nine

Mullen pov

"Yeah, thanks mum" Ed said, hugging his mum. We were getting ready to head back to London, we said goodbye to everyone before though.

"So...what are we going to do now?" Ed asked, I took a deep breath "what do you mean?" I asked "well, I'm going on tour and you-" he cut himself off "we have to talk about this, make a plan" he said. I nodded "yeah, I guess we do" I said, looking out the window. "What do you want to do?" He asked, I laughed "you're just going to come out like that" I chuckled, looking over at him. "What? Its a vital question" he laughed.

"Well, obviously we have to figure out a way to keep our relationship a secret" I said, he groaned "lets worry about the important stuff" he said "well, that is important, Ed. It's your career on the line!" I said, he nodded "yeah, but I would get anything to be with you" he said, my breath hitched "what's that supposed to mean?" I asked "I'd give my career to be with you" Ed said, taking my hand. My eyes widened "Ed..." I sighed "no, don't say anything, that's not the point right now. I'm leaving, we need to figure something out" he said, not taking his eyes off the road.

"I don't know, what do you want to do?" I asked, smiling, he laughed "I think we should move in together" he said, smiling at me. I bit my lip, holding back a smile "yeah, definitely" I smiled "yeah?" Ed asked "yeah" I said.

"Harry! I'm home!" I yelled, walking in the door, Ed following me "are you sure you want to tell him?" Ed asked, I nodded "you?" I asked, he nodded too.

"Hey guys! How was Christmas?" He asked "it was fun, how was yours?" I asked, setting my coat on the one of the chairs at the bar "it was nice, got to see my family" he said, I smiled "that's great, Haz, we have something to tell you" I said, taking Ed's hand. Harry asked his eyebrows, sitting on the arm of the couch "what is it?" He asked. I took a deep breath "Ed and I are having a baby" I said, his eyes widened "what? Really? Oh my god! I'm gonna be and uncle!" Harry said, jumping up to hug us. We laughed "and we're moving in together" I said, nervous to tell him that, because he was really happy when I moved in with him.

He pulled away "oh. That's okay" he said "I'm sorry Haz, we just thought-" I started "no it's fine, I'm fine" he laughed. I nodded "okay, thanks Haz" I said hugging him.

"How'd you tell him?" Harry asked, looking at Ed. We were sat on the couch, cuddled up in blankets "she wrapped it up like a present" Ed said, running his hands through my hair "really, what was your first reaction?" He asked, Ed laughed "what with the third degree?" Ed asked "shut up, I want the details" Harry snapped, "okay, I didn't understand at first" Ed said "what do you mean?" Harry asked "I thought it was just a plastic stick" he laughed "wow, what was your first thought when you realized what it was?" Harry asked, Ed laughed "jeez, you really have a lot of questions" Harry nodded "just answer the question" he barked "I was thrilled, it felt amazing just thinking that you'll have something-someone-in your life that shows you accomplished something...something worth living for" Ed explained. Harry and I raised our eyebrows "wow. That was deep" he said.

Ed laughed "he has a way with his words" I said, twirling his hair between my fingers. Ed smiled "it's true though" he said. I leaned down to kiss him "I love you" I whispered "love you too" Ed said back. "Ugh stop, you guy are making me jealous" Harry complained. I rolled my eyes "whatever Hazza" I said, playfully.

"Are you guys staying here tonight?" Harry asked, I looked down at Ed, he nodded "yeah, to lazy to leave" I said, Harry laughed "what do you guy want for dinner then?" Harry asked "Chinese?" I asked "I'm craving it" Ed and Harry agreed. So Harry went and called to order, Ed sighed "we're having a baby" I laughed "yeah, I know" he smiled "I can't believe it" he said "yeah me neither" I said, entwining our hands "what do you want it to be, a boy or girl?" I asked "I honestly don't care, it'll be amazing anyways" he said "what about you?" He asked "I kind of want a boy" I said, playing with his fingers, he hummed "why's that?" I shrugged "I don't know, I kind of always wanted a son" I said. He nodded "then maybe we'll get one" he smiled.

Harry came back "they said they'd be here in 20-30 minutes" he said, we nodded "okay." We ended up just watching movies until the food came.

After we ate, we all headed into our separate rooms. "So, this is where I live" I said, opening the door to my room. Ed looked around, smiling "lived" he said, I laughed "yeah, I guess you can say that" I said, walking over to him, wrapping my arms around his neck "lets get some sleep, yeah?" I asked, he nodded "yeah, come on" he said, leading me to the bed.

We laid down and cuddled up under the covers "love you" Ed mumbled, sleepily "love you too" I whispered.

Hey guys, I've had a lot of time these past couple days, so you get another update! Yay!
Well, this book will be coming to an end, I'm thinking maybe two or three more chapters, then an epilogue.

....but, I've got great news!!!! I'm coming out with a new book called 'Land of Dust' it will be published soon, so please keep and eye out and maybe check it out? Pretty pretty please!

Anyways, this book is almost over and it will end in one of those cliche endings everyone loves. Lol. So hopefully you guys like it!
