Lazy Day- Chapter 12

Jessie’s POV:

I groaned waking up the next morning as I had stomach cramps and no matter what position I laid in I couldn’t get comfy. ‘Why do girls have to go through this every month?’ I thought grumpily.

Feeling frustrated I slipped out of Troy’s arms and headed into the bathroom in the hall only to find I had run out of tampons. Groaning in annoyance I hit my head against the wall and walked out the room with a huff to see if my mum had any.

“Hey Mum do you have any tampons I can have?” I asked hopefully.

“No sorry Sweetheart I’ve been meaning to get some more but I haven’t got around to it.” She replied apologetically.

I walked back into the bathroom and settled with using some tissue for now. I took some paracetamol l so at least I wouldn’t be in as much pain.

I stomped back into my room with a huff to find I had accidentally woken Troy up.

“Hey Kitten you alright? You look a bit grumpy?” Troy asked. I pouted and just sat back on my bed ignoring him. “What’s wrong? Come on you can tell me.”

“I got my period and I’ve just realised that I don’t have any tampons so it means I have to go get some.” I said with a slight blush but mainly with frustration.

“What type do you want?” Troy said bluntly.

“W-What?” I asked shocked.

“What type do you want? I’ll go get them for you.” He said.

“Umm tampax pearl will be fine thanks.” I said shyly.

Troy got out of the bed and dressed quickly before coming around to my side of the bed and scooping me up under my knees and laying me down on my bed. He pulled my duvet up and tucked me in before placing a light kiss on my forehead. “I’ll be back soon Kitten.” He promised.

Once Troy left I took my phone off my bedside table and called Charlie.

(For the phone conversation J for Jessie and C for Charlie)

C- Hey Babe, how are you?

J- Alright well...

C- Tell me

J- Well yesterday I had to walk to the shop to get some sauce for my Mum but on the way back these guys started chasing me. God Charlie I was so scared but I was on the phone with Troy so he saved me.

C- Babe are you ok?

J- Yeah I’m fine now at first I was a bit shaken up but Troy took care of me.

C- I’m glad you’re alright.

J- Babe you wouldn’t guess what just happened.

C- What tell me!

J- Umm well I started my period today and I found I ran out of tampons and so had my mum. Troy stayed the night and asked me what’s wrong so I told him. He tucked me back into bed and then left to go get me some tampons.

C- Oh my god really! Aww that’s so cute!

J- I know I was so shocked. I didn’t think he’d be the type to do that.

We talked for ten more minutes before I hung up because Troy was back.

“Here you go Kitten.” He said as he handed me a bag with the tampons in.

“Thanks Babe, be back in a minute.” I said as I rushed out of my room and into the toilet.

Once I was done I ran back into my room I ran straight into Troy’s back.
