Hey Everyone! I am back with another chapter!

Unfortunately this will be a short one,  because I am busy today. 😞
I promise the next chapter will have more content and be wayyy longer than this one😄

"Ok, let's go into the costume store first." I said as Riele and I started to walk in the direction of the costume store called: Costumes-R-Us

"Whoever gets there first has to buy the other person a drink from Cassie's. " Riele mumbled as she began to sprint.

I ran as fast as Sonic until I entered the store.

"Ha Ha! I got here fir-st, now you got to buy me a dri-ink!" I  bragged in a sing-songy voice.

Riele rolled her eyes and tried to pushed past me, but I blocked her.

"Ok Jace! I get it! Let me get through!" She tried to push past me again, but I took her arm and spun her around in a circle.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." She laughed as I spun her over and over again.

"Stop! Stop, I'm getting dizzy!" She shrieked.

I let go of her hand.

"Wooo." She tried to steady herself, but tipped over.

I caught her before she fell, and helped her stand back up.

"Thanks." she punched me lightly.

"No problem..." I smirked.

While I scanned the store, I wondered what kind of costume we were going to get.

It'd take a long time to find the perfect ones, because the store was overflowing with costumes for all of the holidays!

Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween Christmas, St. Patr--

"Ok, so it's a New Year's Party...right?" She asked.

"Mhhm." I nodded.

"Let's think... What costumes do you see, that just scream 2017?!" She looked through the racks and racks of costumes.

That question lingered in my mind as I looked through racks and of costumes.

After 2 minutes of doing that, I had the idea of a perfect costume.

I ran to find Riele.

"Riele!" I called her.

"Jace!" She waved as we ran to meet each other.

"I have a perfect idea!" We said at the same time.

"Jinx! Knock on wood!" We said at the same time again.

We looked for wood to knock on, but there was none around.

I shrugged. "Ok, let's say our ideas on the count of three." I put up 3 of my fingers.

"Ok. " Riele chuckled.

"1" I put down one of my fingers.

"2" I put down another finger.
