(Still Dan's pov lol that will change soon)
"BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP" My alarm yelled at me.
Not a very pleasant awakening if i say so myself. I got out of bed and stretched, causing me to lose my balance and fall.
"Ouch" I groaned.
I stood back up and grabbed my phone to put it to charge then go get ready for my first day back at school.
"What should i wear?" I thought to myself. Its not like it will make a difference to anyone, to everyone clothing is the same shade of grey everyday, but i like to wear bright colors to express what I see.
I put on a bright blue shirt and some black jeans. I went to the bathroom to keep getting ready for hell and boom, the child that sees "colors" is ready.
I grab my new bookbag and my phone and leave the house.
On my way to school I like to look at which colors go together best. Purple and blue look beautiful together, while I cant stand when red and white are next to each other, it drives me insane. I also look at the leaves, which are just begining to change colors.
I arrive on the school grounds. I already know where my class is because I know the school like the back of my hand. I walk to my class and acknowledge my teacher on the way in. When i stepped into the classroom, it became dead silent. Everyone, starring, at, me. I pretended to not notice and I sat down at a desk. Everyone turned away and began to speak with their peers again. As for me, I began to look around the class for any new colors. The classroom is bland though, simple white walls and white flooring. It reminds me of a jail. Another guy walked in, his eyes were a bright sky blue, my favorite color. His hair was black and a bit fluffy looking. He was good looking, i'll admit it, but not in a weird way.
He walked right past me and sat down next to Zach, the class bully. Well isn't that nice, all interest down the drain. They began to talk like they were best buddies, poor little me. Zach pointed at me and I heard him say, "You wanna see something funny?" to the good looking guy. Zach walked up to me, took my bookbag off the desk, and threw it on the floor.
"Hey psychopath." Zach said "So tell me, what dead person do you see today?" By this time, the whole class was silent and starring at us.
"Colors aren't dead people." I replied quietly.
"Do you talk to them also? I bet they are your best friends, since you dont have any real ones." The class began to laugh, but the good looking boy didn't look so fond of how rude Zach was being.
"He does have a friend." The boy interrupted. "I am his friend." The boy stated. He picked up my backpack and handed it to me.
"Phil, if you call yourself a friend of that freak then I dont consider you a friend, or a human." Zach spat.
Phil, thats his name. Phil. I like that name.
"Then I guess im a freak too." Phil stated. He grabbed his bookbag and sat next to me.
