Seeing Cherry in Amanda's car made me realize that Cherry is making a big impact on my life right now. I don't want to ever admit that I'm into a Soc like this. Especially to her.  The reason why I keep finding myself back at her side is because her pure innocence intrigues me and I've only ever been with bad girls. Not on purpose, that's just what I had attracted to myself. Cherry is different and I know exactly why.

"Harry? Did you hear me?" Sodapop shakes me awake from my train of thought to no where.  I blink back into reality.

"What?" I look at him.

"Did you hear me?" He rolls his eyes as he wipes the machine with a dirty towel.

"No, sorry. What were you saying?" I lean one elbow onto the machine. He probably thinks I'm such an idiot for spacing out so often.

"I'm asking her out again," he continues to wipe. A ball of fury forms in my chest and I feel actual physical pain. This has never happened before. The thought of Soda's hands on Cherry makes me angry.

"Really?" I stand up straight, trying not to seem upset or defensive.

"Yeah, I can't get my god damned mind off of her." Soda shakes his head but little does he know that the little attachment he has to Cherry is nothing compared to the shit I'm feeling.

"Didn't she already tell you off?" I lift a brow, genuinely curious.

"Yeah but, I really like her. You know?" He leans his elbow against the DX machine.

"Yeah."

"Something wrong, H?" He asks and I force a chuckle so that he doesn't think I'm upset. He doesn't know about Cherry staying over, does he? I feel like if he found out he'd actually try to kill me. What will he say if he finds out? Thankfully, I told the guys that Cherry went home last night so there is a small chance he'll actually find out.

"Nah, I'm alright. Let's get back to work." I pat the machine loudly and Soda nods, getting back to our shitty job at the gas station.

*Couple hours later*

"Damn, I should have known," Louis laughs while huffing out smoke. Late night strolls with Lou have always been somewhat of a tradition. Cigarettes helps me think better and clear my head.

"Let's not tell Soda about this, alright?" I ask Louis and he nods. Louis keeps a secret better than anyone I know. He won't be saying anything. Louis looks so amused at the moment and I know exactly why. For years he's been nagging me about getting a steady girlfriend and now that I've been hanging around a girl for longer than usual, he's getting quite excited.

"I knew something was up with you, Styles." His familiar cheeky smile appears.

"It was just one night of sleep. I'm sure we won't be seeing each other again. Anyways, don't let your hopes up since Soda is trying real hard to get her back." I tell Louis and he frowns.

"Chill, mate. I'm not pressuring you into anything. Why are you all of a sudden so caught up on this? To you, she's just another girl... or maybe not?" Louis investigates more on his theory that I finally have a "crush" on someone. I hate that term, reminds me of middle school and I would much rather keep that dark time away from my thoughts.

"I dunno, man. Something about her is...different." I explain and he nods, seeming to understand what I'm talking about. Louis is the only one who would.

"Of course you see her as different. Harry, the girls you hang around are all tatted up and pierced. Then, all of a sudden a gentle rich girl shows up and you're confused.

"Gentle rich girl?" I laugh at his choice of words but he meant what he said and he was right. She is gentle and different. She doesn't smoke or have tattoos and the only piercings she has are on her ear lobes.

"Shut up." Louis laughs. "What I'm saying is that she's innocent. She has no business near the type of shit we deal with."

He's right.  Stealing, drinking, smoking, fighting. She has absolutely no place in my world.

"Shit, man." I laugh nervously, thinking about what the hell  is happenening to tough ol' Harry Styles. Has he gone mad?

"You've kissed her, haven't you?" Louis looks at me with his almond shaped blue eyes. How the fuck did he know?

I shrug and he chuckles lightly. "Hmm. I'm a fucking wizard. I just know things, ya know?"

"It was an accident." I mutter and he makes a face that rejects my comment.

"Shit to the bull. The fact that you're so attached to this girl proves that it was no accident. Once you mix your feelings and sexual attraction to someone, there is no going back. As of now, you're a prisoner in your own body." Louis preaches like some kind of match maker.

"You're a crazy person." I laugh and he joins, nodding.

"I know. Oh, and did you invite her and Amanda to Niall's birthday party? Niall told me to ask you." Louis asks

"Nope. No one told me to.." I reply. Or maybe someone did? I must have not been listening.

Niall's turning ninteen and he's really excited about it. So he's throwing himself a party with a bunch of help from every greaser we know.

"I'll call her now." Niall pulls out his phone and types in Cherry's name.

Cherry's POV

"I don't see why you won't go out with Sodapop." Amanda stays layed back on my bed.

"I'm just not.. interested." I flatly state.

"Are you not over Jack?" she sists up and stares at me.

"Oh god, yes. After all I've seen." I roll my eyes and I feel a shutter going up and down my body just thinking about Jack. I'm surprised I haven't even been thinking about him. After all, he is someone I used to date.

My phone starts to ring. I pick it up to look at the caller ID and It's Louis.

"Who is it?" Amanda asks and I mouth "Louis" as I answer.

"Hello?" I say into the phone.

"Hey, it's Louis." he says.

"What's up?" I reply.

"So Niall's birthday is tomorrow night and we totally forgot to invite you guys to the party. Can you come?" he asks me and sounds happy and excited.

"I wouldn't miss his birthday for the world." I smile at the thought of Niall. I love him so much.

"Great, I'll text you the details. I'll talk to you later."

"Okay, see you." I hang up.

Amanda looks at me, "who's birthday?"

"Niall's. Tomorrow night. You coming?" and she grins.

"Hell yeah, lets go to the mall. We have to look good for a party full of smokin' greasers."

"I'd rather not show my boobs and butt to a bunch of horny and grabby greasers." I laugh and Amanda rolls her eyes.

"I said look good, not slutty." She grabs my hand and her keys in the other hand and we drive off to the nearest mall.
