The Second Task

I spent the next who knows how long asleep and it was very cold. I just stayed there. I'm not sure if I was supposed to be conscious enough to be able to able to think or feel the cold but I could and it really wasn't fun. But I soon felt an arm wrap around me and and pull me free of whatever was around my foot. I felt myself being pulled up to the surface and the second I reached the air my eyes flew open and I started to breath normally. I was pulled out of the water and given a towel. I sat on the dock shivering and shaking. My teeth were even chattering. I took my first look around to see none of the other people that are down in the water have made it up yet and that everyone from Hogwarts and the two other schools are here sitting in these bleacher type things. I also saw that Cedric was coming my while shaking all the water out of his hair.

"Are you ok?" He asked concerned.

"I'm fine just a little cold right now." I replied giving him a smile.

"That's good I was really scared when I got down there and saw you just floating down there. You looked cold even your lips were purple." Commented Cedric. I laughed.

"Yeah I'm a little cold after spending all of last night in the water and the part of today." I said Laughing.

"Here let me help you." He said giving me his towel and and wrapping his arms around me.

"Aren't you cold?" I asked.

"No." He said shivering.

"Ok, Cedric you're shivering." I said trying to give him his towel back.

"No you keep it I'm fine." He said pushing me away.

"Fine." I said wrapping his towel around me. He smiled happy he had won. I just rolled my eyes. Then Dumbledore announced that Harry and Cedric had won this challenge, Victor got second and Fluer got third because she couldn't save Gaby. But Harry saved her and Ron.

"Do you uh want to go to the prefect dorm to warm up?" Asked Cedric nervously.

"Sure why not?" I replied smiling. He looked so relieved. It was adorable.
