The Last Day

Today's the day, the day I was leaving. The day I was pranking the twins. All my friends knew that today was the day I was leaving and I just hope they don't act weird or do anything out of the ordinary. I just want today to be like any other day. I made my way down to the Great Hall for Breakfast. When I arrived I found Fred, George, Hermione, Herry, Ron and Ginny all siting at the Gryffindor table with one seat left. They slowly ate.

"Good morning." I greeted as I sat down and served myself some food. I was greeted in return by a few good mornings, hi's and a grunt. I just began eating and continued that for 20 minutes, until I had enough.

"Ok, please don't just sit there your making me feel bad." I said.

"Sorry Devona. We just don't know what to say." Said Hermione.

"We don't want you to leave." Squeaked Ginny.

"Guys I don't want to leave you. I have to do this. I'm sorry." I said starring at my food.

"Let's just spend today having fun." Said Harry as I heard footsteps approaching.

"Hi guys." Said Cedric the person that just approached.

"Hi Diggory." Sneered the Twins.

"Hi Cedric." Greeted Hermione and Ginny at the same time.

"Hello." Smiled Cedric "So Devona I was wondering if you would like to go for a walk today?"

"Sure." I agreed "But I do want to spend time with my friends."

"Yeah of course. See you later." He said bending down and giving me a kiss on the cheek. I then felt my pocket of my sweatshirt get heavier. I stuck my hand in my pocket to find the candies I needed to prank the twins.

"Ewww." Grounded Fred.

"Eww yourself." Laughed Ginny.

"Come on lets go." I said standing up and in the process "dropped" the candies on the twins plate.

"No let's wait till everyone is done eating and we will go back to the commons and find something to do." Said Hermione. So I sat back down and waited for everyone to finish their food. Once everyone had finished We all made our way up to the commons and then decided we would go fly on our brooms until we were to cold to do so anymore. So we made our way down to the Quiditch pitch and grabbed our brooms. We then began racing for no reason.

"You're so slow Weasley." I taunted George as I flew ahead of him.

"Shut up Black." Said George begrudgingly. I looked behind to see that the candy had kicked in and George's hair was now the same wooden color as his broom stick was. I chose not to say anything and beat him. We then flew back down to our friends who were laughing at Fred's new hair.

"Why is it white?!?!?" He exclaimed.

"Why is George's hair brown?" Asked Ginny snickering.

"It must have been Digory." They exclaimed at the same time.

"Why do you think it was Cedric?" I asked surprised by their sudden accusation.

"Because we pranked a bunch of Hufflepuffs and he was pretty angry about it." They said grabbing their stuff and starting their track bak up to the castle. I couldn't help my self. I started laughing.

"Wait. Devona did you do this?" Asked Ron.

"Of course. And they weren't wrong Cedric and I planned to get them back for pranking the Hufflepuff students." I informed them.

"And you aren't going to go help Cedric?" Asked Ginny still laughing.

"You know thats a good idea." I said grabbing my stuff and running up to the Prefect dorm. There I found Fred and George standing there pounding on the door.
