We made our way up to the prefect dorm me shivering the whole way there.

"Do you want a change of cloths you look really cold in your wet ones?" Asked Cedric nervously.

"If you don't mind." I replied as he warped a blanket around my shoulders.

"Sure. I'll be right back." He said before quickly going in the direction of his room. I took this time to look around. There was a big couch, a coffee table, then there was another room. Which I am guessing is the bathroom because it looks how Harry described it. Before I was able to look at anything else Cedric came back.

"Here I hope these aren't too big." He said handing me a teeshirt and some sweatpants.

"Im sure it'll be fine." I said smiling.

"Let's hope. the bathroom is over there." He said pointing to the room I thought was the bathroom.

"Ok thanks." I headed to the bathroom and put on the clothes I was given. They were a little big since I was shorter than Cedric. I then went bak out to find Cedric sitting on a couch reading a book.

"Thanks for the cloths." I said before sitting down next to him.

"Sure. So what do you want to do." He asked looking up from his book.

"How about we relax because I am very tired after spending the night in the lake.

"Sure what ever you like." He said putting the book down on the coffee table.

"Wait aren't there supposed to be two head prefects?" I asked confused.

"Yeah normally there would be but she wanted to stay in her normal dorm."

"Ok I understand that."

"So I never got to ask. What is there with you and that Malfoy kid?" Asked Cedric suspiciously.

"Nothing really." I said trying not to have to tell him we were cousins.

"I feel like you're lying." Cedric said glaring me down.

"Well....."

"Come on just tell me Im not going to do anything to you if I don't like the answer."

"Ok. Well it happens that we are cousins." I said looking down.

"Really."

"Yeah." I said unsure of what was going to happen next.

"Cool." He said sounding unsure of how to answer.

"So.... what do you want to do?" I asked.

"How about we go for a walk, it's starting to snow." Suggested Cedric.

"Ok that sounds good. I need a coat first." I said.

"Here just take a sweatshirt or coat of mine." Said Cedric going back to his room. He came back and handed me a coat(). We made our way our of the castle and began walking around the black lake.

"SO Cedric do you have any siblings?" I asked.

"No, do you?"

"No. I'm an only child."

"I want to show you something." He said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me over towards the forbidden forest.

"Oh my goodness!" I exclaimed as I looked at what he was showing me.

"I know it's beautiful." He agreed. We were looking at this small waterfall that surrounded by rocks, everything covered in snow. The water went down a small river.

"If you think this is pretty you should see it in the Spring or Summer. I guess the fall is pretty good too." Laughed Cedric.

"It is so beautiful."

"Come sit." Said Cedric as he sat down under a willow tree. Below the tree there was no snow it was like a little patch where it would always be summer.

"This is so cool." I exclaimed as I sat down next to him.

"Yeah it really is. I put a spell here so it would never be winter. It's like my safe haven from the world." He said smiling happily.

"Thank you Cedric." I said giving him a hug.

"For what." He asked hugging me back.

"For sharing this with me." I said.

"No worry. I thought you would like his place with everything you've been through. I thought you might want a safe haven too."
