I sit in the court yard under a willow tree in The Other Realms school. There are paths of black and brown smooth stone curving along the turquoise colored grass. Dotting the area are tress that look similar to the Third Dimension planet named Earth. They are similar only because Shashenia liked those trees and took some of them here. A lot of the plants of Earth's are here actually. Just not the animals.
As I sit there watching students of all ages walking to and from, laughing and enjoying themselves. I can't help but smile. I'm really glad I thought to open this realm as a refuge from the king. Though I didn't expect that so many people would want to join the Kidoekada. Many of these students have even joined the raid team.
The raid team is just as it sounds like. They 'raid' villages that are targeted and take over the leadership. Though this only happens when the Rebellion finds out there is going to be mass genocide or the king is about to start injecting them with a demon serum. Even then we don't kill anyone unless they attack us first, usually we are ass holes and destroy a place then rebuild it.
"Good morning Lady Lucinda!" Chimes a little girl breaking me from my chain of thought.
"Good morning Hun. Just getting out of your class?" I say in the voice everyone uses with children.
"Uh hum!" She nods with a huge smile on her purple face. "We are learning how to use our fairy magic and what not to do." She says as she looks me in the eye. Her eyes are the most beautiful shade of red and like her skin, it almost looks like she has glitter all over them. And her hair is long and a few shades lighter then her eyes.
I smile big at this point. "So you learned not to swing like a kenkanah?" I say teasing her.
"Noooo! Silly we learned not to sing because of the magic in our voices!" She says laughing.
"Oh so you need to learn not to swing like a kenkanah then. I got chu." I say with a wink.
"Lady Lucinda! I already know not to do that!" She says laughing even more.
"What? Already? No that can't be! You have to be like 7 to learn that!"
"Well I am 7!" She giggles.
"No you're not! You are 5. You gotta be 5 Shezo. There is no way you are 7."
She put her little hands on her hips and made a face. "I am to 7!"
"Nope. I shall not hear of such lies!" I stand up dramatically and announce.
At this point Shezo can't stop laughing to reply to me so I decide to tickle her and make her laugh harder.
"Aww look at that. Attacking a poor innocent child in the court yard?" Comes an annoying voice.
I instantly make a face. "Go away. No one likes you." I say as I turn around to see the annoying elf.
"Shezo likes me!" He says with a wink to the little girl.
"Not if Lady Lucinda doesn't like you." She says a matter of factly.
"Son, you need some ice for that burn?" I say as I create a piece of ice out of thin air.
"Great your bad life style is affecting the innocent." He says. "Shezo aren't you going to be late?"
"Uh oh he's right. I gotta go. See you Lady Lucinda." She says to me and gives me a hug then turns to elfy. "Bye bye meanie face."
"Even kids don't like you. Ouch." I say with an evil smirk playing on my lips.
"Everyone likes me! Including the kids you haven't corrupted!"
"So not everyone?" I ask.
He gives me a really dirty look that I like to call sexy face. Only because it pisses him off further.
