Chars POV

After class Jenna and I bolt to our lockers.

"Quick! Before the girls come!" I hiss at Jenna as I grab my bag and skateboard.

Jenna grabs her stuff and slams her locker.

"K! Let's goo!" I shut my locker. And turn around.

"Let's go where?" Ophelia is standing in front of us.

Shit I'm a horrible liar.

"Ophelia, um we...." I trail off and Jenna saves me.

"We're going shopping for birthday presents. For you and Becca."

Oh yeah there birthdays are next week.......

"Oh. Sorry." Ophelia steps aside and we slip past her with a smile. "I'm size 8!" She hints as we exit the school.

"Yessss! Jenna that was an amazing save!" I fist bump her as we hop on our skateboards.

"Well it wasn't totally a lie because after we meet Alec we are going shopping for their presents I kinda forgot." Jenna laughs.

"Yeah me too." I add as we stop in front of the library.

We put our skateboards next to one that's already there.

"I'm hungrrryyyy." Jenna whines as we step into the library.

"Vending machines over there. I'll go find Alec." I point over to the vending machines. "Oh and get me something!" I walk off as Jenna grunts in response.

"Hey Char!" A person pops up from behind me.

"Shit!" I turn around one hand curled into a fist ready to punch.

"Woah there." Alec flinches before gently placing his hand on top of mine and pushing it down and away from his face.

"Damn it Alec you scared me!" I say punching me lightly in the arm.

"Ow sorry!" Alec pouts. "Kiss it better." Alec shoves his arm in my face.

"Ew no." I back into one of the shelves.

"Kiss it!" Alec chants.

"Noooo!" I slide down the shelves in an attempt to get away from his arm.

"What the fuck is going on here?" Jenna is standing with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised.

I look at our position. Oh shit.....it looks like I'm about to give Alec a blow job.

I stand up quickly as Alec looks down to assess our position.

"Fuck." I hiss in pain as I bang my head into Alec's.

"Sorry!" We say in sync.

Jenna looks on amused. "Idiots..." She shakes her head.

As we stand up Alec whispers in my ear. "Does she know I didn't spike your drink."

"Yes don't worry." I whisper back.

"What you guys whispering about?" Jenna sad popping her head between ours.

"Nothing!" I yelp.

Jenna's eyes narrow. "You're a horrible liar but I'll let this one pass. Now on to the business that brought us here!" Jenna marches forward hand raised pointing ahead of her.

Alec raises his eyebrow and turns to face me.

"Don't ask." I hold my hand up and follow Jenna.

We sit at a study table.

"Oh Char, catch." Jenna throws a packet of chips in my direction.

"Catching, catching.....or not." The chips slap me in the face.

"Well done." Jenna and Alec laugh.

"Shuddup." I grumble sticking my tongue out.

I wait, pouting and arms crossed until they sober up.

"Aw baby don't pout." Coos Alec, pinching my cheeks. I slap his hand away.

"Ow! Why do you like to hit me? You have to kiss it!" Alec persists as Jenna watches on in amusement.

"Ugh you're such a 3 year old!" I push him hard and he falls off his chair.

I laugh really loudly earning another glare from the librarian. I think she hates us. I don't blame her.

"Ow Char!" Alec whisper yells.

"Ha ha." I tease, sticking my tongue out. Alec grabs my tongue.

"Ow get off me!" I try to say but it sounds more like 'aa ge oh me'

"Nope, not until you kiss it better." Alec says in sing song voice.

I cross my arms and send a 'help me' look at Jenna.

"Alright Alec. Enough." Jenna sounds vaguely like my mum.

Alec pouts but removes his fingers from my tongue.

"Ewwwww." I squeal quietly, trying to wipe my tongue with my fingers.

"Alright kiddos. Let's get down to business. Business woman Jenna is in the house." Jenna nods her head.

I snort but try and keep a straight face. "Yes ma'am."

"Alright well I guess all we can do is try to find out who actually spiked my drink then get proof and BAM everyone loves Alec again." I tap my fingers against the table.

"Puh-lease everyone loves my anyway." Alec winks.

"Yeah that's why everyone avoids you." Jenna snorts.

"Yeah....they just.....have to deny their love for me!" Alec says pathetically.

"Shit Jen! The time!" It was almost 5:30.

"Crap when did you say you'd be home? And did you ask your mum if I could stay over?" Jenna asks.

"7 and yes!" I answer.

"Alright that should be enough time!" Jenna stands up and u follow suit.

"So you're just going to leave me in the dark?" Alec says from behind us.

"Oh sorry Alec! We have to go shopping for birthday presents!" I explain.

"Ok. Can I come? My mums birthday is in 2 days." Alec shrugs.

"Sure but we're skateboarding." Jenna mimics Alec's shrug.

"Cool so am I." Alec laughs and picks up the skateboard that we put ours next to.

"Ok then! Let's go!" I push off shortly followed by Jenna and Alec.
