After hearing the news of Sonic arriving on Earth, I quickly ran through the gasping and curious crowd, towards the prison. On the way, thoughts were buzzing through my brain. I can't believe Sonic is here! Are the other's here, too? We'll have so much fun! I'll have to protect them, but I know I can.

As I reached the prison, huffing and puffing, I slowed to a stop in front of the guard.

"Can I help you?" asked the guard.

Catching my breath, I spoke. "Yes you can, sir. You see, I wanted to visit the creature you just caught.

The guard had no expression. "I'm sorry little girl, but it is too dangerous. For all we know he could be poisonous! Go home."

I would never back down, especially if it meant I was to see Sonic.

"But sir, you don't understand. I know the creature. You have to let me see him-err-it. Please!"

He seemed confused. "How do you know the creature?"

I hesitated. If I say the wrong thing he would think I was a psycho. Since I couldn't say anything true, I worked my magic. I fell on my knees, crying and groveling at the guards feet. "Oh please sir! I'll do anything to see it! Please!"

It seemed to be working. "Oh all right, very well. Five minutes."

I jumped up and instantly stopped crying. "Oh thank you sir!" I ran past him down the hall. Going past all of the cells, I stared into each one for a stint of time to see if Sonic was in one. I finally found him in an empty space: cell 159.

There was Sonic, my idol, laying against the cell wall, legs crossed, caring about nothing at all. He realized I was there and looked up. "Can I help you?"

"Sonic, I'm here to bust you out."

He seemed curious, kind of frightened actually. "How do ya know my name?"

"Long story," I responded. "Do your Sonic Spin and lets get outta here!"

Hesitant, he didn't move. His eyes narrowed and he crossed his arms. I knew what he was thinking.

I sighed. "I'm not working for Eggman, okay?"

He still didn't move. "If your not working for Eggman, how do you know him?"

Really? Arguing right now? "Because I do! Sonic listen. Eggman wouldn't want you to get outta jail, now would he? He would want you in here. You have to trust me."

Sonic sighed. "Okay, fine. Back away."

I smiled a wide grin, stood up, and backed away from the cell bars. Sonic got in position and started to spin. A couple seconds later, he was out of the cell. "That was easy," he said.

"Okay, now that you're out, we have to get past the guards. You could pretend to be my pet."

"I'm no pet!" he yelled.

"Shh. The guards will hear." Speak of the devil. I heard the guards coming down the hall. "Oh great. Use your Super Sonic Speed and run past them."

He didn't answer, but did as he was told. As the guards came, a gush of wind swept right by them.

"What was that?" asked a guard.

"Nothing to worry about," I replied. Then I ran down the hall into out into the world, chasing after Sonic.
