Just then mom came in and she said
"Kate dad is getting better and he is getting therapy and there is no brain damage from the coma"
"Omg mom I am so happy". Just then Daniel came in and I said
"Hi Daniel what are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to come and see my baby"
"Ok here" I handed her to Daniel and he held her and he handed her back to me. I said
"We have to pick a name, what should we name her?" I asked him while rubbing my baby's head
"Um how about Rose, Joy,Ashley, London"
"I like those names and how about Jenna"
"So I like Jenna and London"
"Yeah and I think she should be named Jenna Ashley Rose"
"Yes Kate I like that name" we made
birth certificate and we signed it.
Just then Jenna is starting to look at me. But I noticed that Jenna is having a hard time bonding with me. But I loved her so much, I keep on thinking about Jenna and she is looks like me because she has my blue eyes and she has my nose. Also she is just such a beautiful baby, I love her so much. I feel like my life is falling in place and after all that has happened I am finally starting to be happy but I still have a sense of worry. But I just can't believe that I have a baby in my arms at 17. I can't believe this, mom has always said that god works in mysterious ways,Also she says that everything happens for a reason. But I just am falling more in love with Jenna , I love her so much. She is my world, I couldn't imagine my life without her. Just then I look over and I see the doctor in a blue doctor suit and the nurse in a pink nurse suit. The nurse said
"So Greg I really do think that Kate's baby has fetal alcohol spectrum disorder."
"See Jane I do agree with you but why do you say that?"
"Because Jenna Kate's baby is having a hard time feeding and latching on to the nipple of the bottle."
"Ok anything else that you have noticed?" Greg asked
"Jenna is not gaining weight like she should be."
"Jane do you know if Kate drank during pregnancy " Greg asked and Jane said
"Only the night before she came in"
"Ok"
