Watering hole
We set up at our little spot, making sure everything is comfortable for us. "Come on Chris, let's go take a swim," Gabby says pulling Chris by his arm. "Is there something going on between those Two?" I ask. "Yeah, they've been spending a lot of time together," says Dane. "Nah. My sister wouldn't go for him. His not her type. Trust me and my twin instincts," Tyler says. "Well I bet you a hundred bucks, they're gonna end up together," I challenge Tyler. "Okay, you're on," he says and we shake on it. "You know Tyler, arch-nephilim are usually right about a lot of things, maybe he could be right,"Dane says. "Just because his your boyfriend, doesn't mean you should belive everything he says," Tyler retorts and both Dane and I chuckle. "Well we going in, dont hurt yourself thinking about it too much," I tell him. He makes a fake laughing sound and I chuckle at his attempt at flipping us off.
They had a diving board attached to the edge of the cliff, so people could show off their moves. Unfortunately, no one did anything amazing. Until Gabby showed up. She did some amazing flips and twists and dove perfectly, without a lot of splashing. Everyone cheered and patterned her on the back, except Kerry, she just kept glaring at Gabby. I couldn't help but smile at the gesture. There was a rope walking contest and Gabby decided to participate. She was very careful on the rope until my eyes caught Kerry and her minions tampering with the the rope. Before I could shout, the rope snapped and Gabby went plummeting into the water. After a few seconds she still hasn't resurfaced, that's when Chris dove in and came up with her, unconscious in his arms. He laid her down and put his ear by her mouth. He then started CPR until she coughed up water, coming back to the land of the living. "Don't you ever scare me like that again," Chris told her. "You were worried about Me?" She asked. "Why wouldn't I be. You coul-" Chris was cut off by Gabby's lips crashing onto his. There were gasps, oooo's and ahhhh's, even some clapping and whistling. I caught sight of Kerry glaring at Chris and Gabby and walked over to her. "You could have killed her, Kerry. Your jealousy really is a dangerous thing. You better keep it in check or you'll have me to deal with," I warned her. "Argh, whatever, I still have Jason, isn't that right babe,"she said as Jason comes out from the back and puts his arm around her. "What's wrong? This fag bothering you?" He says. I feel myself getting blood red and I glare at Jason. Relax, I tell myself. I then remember something about Jason to. "At least I can accept I'm one, not hiding in the closet for the rest of my life," I say and Jason's smile disappears. "What did you just say?" He asks. "Oh, now you don't remember. Well it would be such a shame if I had to remind you infront of everyone," I say, keeping my glare. "You don't know what you're talking about? Okay let me remind you. Let me remind you how I found you and Jimmy, butt naked, making out in the showers. Let me remind you of how you rubbed up against him, how you moaned at how good it was. How you begged me not to tell anyone, how you even bribed me with a months worth of sexual pleasures. You remember now," I say. Jason darts towards me, but I move out of the way and he stumbles. Out of the blue Dane appears by my side. "What's going on Here?" He asks, his voice sounding deadly. "I'm gonna teach your little boyfriend a lesson," Jason says as he runs toward me. Before he can reach me, Dane connects his fist with Jason's jaw, sending him tumbling to the floor. "Harm one hair on his head, and the next time, I hit to kill," he says. Just then we hear screams and Dane and I look at each other and run towards the noise. When we reach the lake side, we see a pool of red coming bubbling up onto the surface.
Everyone ran in a panicking to get leave, while others struggled to get out of the water. People were being dragged under and more blood pooled to the surface. "What's happening?" I ask. "Sirens," Dane replies. "What? They actually exist?" "Yeah and they're mighty dangerous," he says. "How many are there?" I ask. "Two" he replies. "You know them personally or Something?" I ask questioningly. "Unfortunately, I do. One of them killed my mom," he replies and I stand there, wide eyed. Okay that's news to me. "I'm sorry," I manage to say. "Apologies later, let's find the others," he says. I nod and we start looking for the others. We run into them helping people out of the water. "Guys!" Dane shouts and the look towards us. "There's too many people to help at once. The Sirens are not feeding, they're just killing," Gabby says. "Freya, do you have any ideas?" I ask. "Actually, I do," she says. "I've been reading about Sirens the pass few nights, I can restrict their movements, without that, they can't create a rhythm for their songs," she explains. "Do it," I say. She nods and places her hand in the water. I feel the power emanating from her and flowing through the water. "Veenum perineum," she chants and the waters start calming. "Get them fast, the spell won't hold for long," she exclaims. People rush out of the water , one by one or in crowds. Once all the people were out, Dane told Freya to let the spell go and she did. Just then, two figures walked out of the water, dressed in white dresses, cutting diagonal along their chests and a little ripped and the bottom, but they were beautiful none the less. One had red hair with pale skin and the other pale white hair and tanned olive skin. "Powerful witch. You put up quite a fight," the siren with the red hair says. "Yes, you make a perfect siren," the other says. "What does she mean make a perfect siren," I ask Dane. "Sirens are witches who relinquish their magic, for strength, beauty and power. Most Sirens are witches who weren't that powerful, but once they went through the transformation, they became a hundred times more powerful," Dane explains.
"Dane. How wonderful to see you again," the siren with the red hair says. "How's daddy dearest?" She asks. "He's not doing good at the moment, but I'm sure once he hears I killed you, he'll be A for away," he replies. "Such confidence, just like your father. Mind if I take a look in that mind of yours again," she says. "Back off, Sierra," Dane warns. She continues walking towards him, but I instinctively stand infront of him. "Oh, and who's this hunky piece of meet?" the other siren asks. "The guy who's gonna kick your butt if you don't back off," I say. "Oh. He has a mouth on him. Let's see how he does without it," Sierra says and starts singing. The melody is so sweet and calming that every limb in my body starts relaxing, all the stress and anger, fading away. Suddenly a strange power enters my body, but it doesn't feel good and I quickly snap out of my daze and reject the power. "What? How is this possible?!" The pale haired siren exclaims. "What are you?" Sierra asks. "I'm a nephilim, with extra angel," I reply. "Arch-nephilim," the pale haired siren says. I nod my head. "Arhhhhhhhhhh," Sierra screams and a trident appears in her hand. A sword appears in the pale haired Sirens hand. Sierra let's out another melody and out of nowhere creatures appear. What a surprise for our day off.
