 Reader POV

I sat at my desk and looked ahead to the front of the room. Sei was sitting in the front with his focus on his book. It has been a week since I last talked to him and I already missed him. I tried to talk to him earlier, but he didn't seem to acknowledge me. Others ignored me and I remember why. I tried to push that reason out of my head but I knew that was the only reason. I placed my hands on my desk and tried to think of something else. Lunch came around and I saw Sei stand up and leave. I followed him into the student council room and I sat down at my desk. I was the vice president and Sei of course was the president. He didn't eat anything all he did was work. He filled out everything and some people came in to deliver some papers for him. He only said a simple,"Deliver this" or "Take this too ___". His mood has been pretty cold. Colder than usual. Others just stayed clear away from him and only spoke to him when needed. Even his teammates didn't say anything. Usually the team would be chatting, but no one dared to say anything. Sei had this kind of feeling around him that no one wanted to test him. Timed passes and it was already pretty late. Sei got up and went to the gym. I followed him and watched as the team practice in utter silence once again. The only sound was the ball hitting the floor and Sei occasionally telling the others what to do. It hurt me to see Sei like this. His first year was a rough one, second one was perfect, but his third was the worst. At first everything was fine and we hung out and he even asked me out near the end of our first year. Then something happened a week ago and we had to end it. And it was all my fault. It hurt me that I couldn't talk to him anymore and he doesn't even try to talk to me. Sei's eye color is red for both eyes which is a good sign, but it wasn't a vibrant red, it was a dull red. With his dull eyes he could silence the world. All he had to do was look and no one would dare to even move. No one, even Tetsuya, talked to him if he gave a look. Practices ends and Sei dismisses everyone. They all leave without saying a word and Sei steps into his limo. He drives off and I walk off to a different direction. I kept walking and reached the hill that is by the bay. This was where Sei asked me out. We even had our first date here. I sat down and leaned back on the cherry blossom tree which was in full bloom. The night sky was pitch black filled with a glowing moon and a few twinkling stars. A soft breeze comes by and plucks the petals from the tree off and guided them into the bay. The floated on top of the water causing small ripples which reflected the night sky. While I was immersed from the breathtaking scene I heard footsteps behind me. I stood up and turned. I watch as Sei climbs the hill in a full suite with a bouquet of (F/F) in hand. He reaches to top and kneels down. My hands flew to my mouth to cover up my upcoming sobs. He laid the bouquet on the grave in front of me and stayed on the ground. He graces his hand over the gravestone which read,

                                                                                         Here lies

                                                                                      (Y/N) (L/N)

                                                                A beautiful friend and girlfriend

Only if I didn't anger Sei he wouldn't have stormed out and crossed the street. I stood at the sidewalk and saw a speeding car coming his way. I yell to him and he turns. I ran to him and shoved him down onto the ground. After that, everything turned black. I felt tears stream down my face as I recall the memory. Sei then reached into his pocket and pulled out a small black box and opened it. I fell to my knees in front of him as he says, "Will you marry me (Y/N)?" At that moment I lost all self control and threw my arms around his neck and started sobbing even harder. "Yes."

Sei POV

Suddenly I felt something around my neck and a faint "Yes". Seconds later (Y/N) appears in front of me. Instantly, I wrapped my arms around her and buried my face into her neck. Tears flowed down my cheeks as I felt her hand stroke through my hair trying to calm me down. I pull back and said, "Your back." She kisses me and I deepen the kiss. She smiles but pulls away and says, "I am not back for long Sei. But I wanted you to know that I love you and didn't mean to anger you." I hold her tighter and said, " I was being stupid please stay. I love you (Y/N)!" She lets out a small laugh and said, "Since when did the all mighty and great Akashi Seijuro beg?" I felt a small smile but the tears keep spilling out. (Y/N) looked at her arm as it was slowly disappearing. I pull her closer and wipe her tears away. I then said, " Wait for me (Y/N). I promise to get to you as soon as possible." She nods but says, "But don't you dare try anything to make this go faster! I want you to live your life for both of us." I nod and she kisses me again, she pulls away and caresses my face. I lean a bit into her hand and embrace her one last time as we both say, "I love you." Before I know it the ring is gone and so is (Y/N). I stay on the ground for awhile and looked to the sky. I pulled out another ring from my pocket and placed it on my ring finger. I kissed the ring and said, "Wait for me (Y/N). Then we could make our next life together perfect."

Reader POV

I kiss my ring that Sei gave me and watch as he took his coat off and placed it on the grave. He kissed the gravestone and took his leave. I smiled feeling the tears trail down my face and said, "Don't worry Sei. I would wait more than eternity for you."

And I'm back! Things were crazy in 2016 and I didn't have much time to update here! I am so sorry but now I think I have some time this year! I am glad people are enjoying this as much as I am. Hopefully, I could update more this year and try to catch up from last year. But I hope you guys also have a wonderful and safe 2017! 

Oh and yeah, I might start with the adding more to the title for some! So they can indicate for what kind of one shot this would be! If I don't include another part of the title I will give a warning if needed! Thank you for the support!
