30. Eternal Mangekyo

Madara POV:

There was complete silence in the room. Tension in the room was  constantly increasing as the two rival clans sat across each other, glaring at each other.

To think that a day would come when the two clans who had always been thirsty for each other's blood will sit in a room together without anyone wishing to spill each other's blood. This really is a sight to behold.

We already needed the meeting so as to discuss about the peace alliance. But Hashirama's message arrived to us demanding an answer behind Shanaya's kidnap.  

So I accepted the idea of meeting. After all it was bound to happen sooner or later.

I sat across Hashirama in the meeting hall. Whereas Izuna sat across Tobirama. That bastard. If he touches Izuna I will kill him for sure. Akasumi isn't present here. I couldn't risk her exposure. Some other Uchiha and Senju are also present.

"So Madara care to explain about that ambush and about the girl's kidnap." Hashirama began.

"First of all that wasn't a ambush, it was a minor attack. There were no casualties at your side. Am I right?" I asked and he nodded.

"What about the second?" Tobirama asked.

I mentally smirked. This man, he sure has keen eyes, ears and mind. Always paying attention on all activities and even words, totally unlike his brother.

"Her name is Shanaya Kim." I told them.

They were taken aback a little. "Are you saying that you know her, because her memory was wiped clean." Hashirama enquired.

I was about to speak when Izuna spoke up. "Yes we know her. Infact she lives in here, along with us. What other reasons you think we have for taking her back."

"She ain't an Uchiha." Tobirama said and eyed me suspiciously.

"No, she is not one of us." I replied.

"Now it explains the sudden increase in your strength. She is the reason isn't she." He stated with a smirk.

My blood went cold at his statement. Damn Bastard.

I gave him a deadly look through my red eyes. "Don't you dare Tobirama. I am warning you!!" I said through gritted teeth.

He smirked again and my blood went wild. Hashirama seemed to notice it. "He won't do anything. Am I clear Tobirama." Hashirama said and gave his brother such a intense look that I thought he was never capable of making.

Tobirama flinched at his words but nodded anyways.

Huh!! It's not like he could do anything else.

"We didn't forced her. She stayed with us and helped us out of her own free will." Izuna told them.

"Yeah I know." Tobirama replied. He is a sensory ninja so he must have tracked Izuna's chakra in order to find that he is telling the truth or not.

"So what happened? Why she was at Hagoromo's?" Hashirama asked.

"Can't you already guess. She was kidnapped from here." I replied looking straight into his eyes.

"You practically have no idea in the condition we actually found her." His words felt like a dagger piercing my chest. My heart squeezed with pain.

The image of her bruised and wounded body flashed my mind and I squeezed my eyes shut tightly.

The thought of her getting tortured made me see red. I gritted my teeth angrily. The day I get my hands on them.
