36. To Die Is Very Easy

Shanaya POV:

"How many more days we will have to wait for them to return." Hanako groaned from the seat besides me.

"Can't say for sure. They themselves had no idea so how could they assure us." I replied her calmly.

"Yeah you are right. It's just, it's just that I miss Kei too much. They had been gone for two weeks now." She said scooping the last of her ice cream and ordering another.

"I know. I miss Madara too."

"Looks like we are hanging on almost the same string." She said chuckling and I laughed too.

"I guess you can say that." I said scooping my ice cream.

It had been two weeks all of them had been gone in search for the remaining hagoromo and Kirimaru along with Kiku. Madara, Izuna, Kei, Tobirama and many other men and women from Senju and the Uchiha have gone for them.

There are two clans with numbers, so they all too went with numbers. Akasumi can't go, there is no freaking way. Jenny has gone too as a medical ninja.

So for now I am sitting with Hanako in a ice cream shop. And it is very delicious and I am definitely sure that my throat is going to get in huge problem with the numbers of ice creams I am devouring.

"Well Hanako, why didn't you went them." I asked her out of curiosity. Because as much as I know she is a fierce kunoichi. At some point on the same level as her husband, Kei..

"I wasn't feeling well at that time so even after me pleading for so many times Kei didn't budge from his decision. And do you know, the most funny thing I got well the next day." She said and crossed her arms puffing her cheeks a little.

God... She can be such a child sometimes.

I really laughed when she said that she got well the following other day.

"They will come soon." She exclaimed to which I nodded.

"We should get going, it's gonna get dark soon. And I need to check on Akasumi." I suggested.

"Yeah, we should. I have to make dinner too. And I am not willing to hear Kei's screams 'Mommy I am hungry etc etc."

I smirked and shaked my head a little as we payed the shopkeeper and started walking towards our houses.

"By the way, isn't his name Keiji then why do you call him Kei most of the time." I asked her.

"Well for first, I like the name Kei more than Keiji. And besides Keiji got his name from his father and secondly it's because it annoys the hell out of him." She squealed.

I burst into laughter. "Seriously, he gets annoyed. But isn't he just five."

"Yes he is but he has his father's nature. And I just love riling both of them up."

We laughed and after reaching the Uchiha Compound we bid good byes and walked our separate ways.

I walked over to the house and opened the door using the spare keys. As I entered I was welcomed with utter silence which simply explains that the mother and daughter both are sleeping.

I simply placed the box of ice cream which I had got for Akasumi on the dining table in the kitchen and walked up towards my room.

After changing I checked for Akasumi and Saya. They both were sleeping peacefully so I quietly left and walked downstairs to prepare the dinner.

Meanwhile it started raining. I couldn't understand. The sky was clear as hell so how the hell could it rain.

Clearing my head I closed the kitchen window and resumed my cooking hearing the sound of the rain.
