When Gerard got to Frank's terrace he came back to his human appearance and checked the room through the glass. Frank was peacefully sleeping in his bed. At least that's what the small bulge there was on it probably meant.

He knew he could just go across the wall and wake Frank up, or feeding on him taking advantage of his sleep... Gerard shook his head to get that idea out of his mind. Maybe he should go. Anyway, he didn't understand what did he mean going there yet. Something had just pushed him to do it. A wish, maybe. But why? What did he want from Frank? Finding finally out why he seemed to remember his face, maybe?

The vampire finally made a choice. It was risky, but he had to do something. That boy had got to really activate his curiosity.

Frank shook under the sheets. Half asleep, he believed to hear the noise which finally took him away from the arms of sleep again.

'Knock, knock'. It came from the window's glass. Alarmed, annoyed but somehow hopeful he turned around as he rubbed his eyes so he could see better.

Once he got closer he could perfectly see the handsome boy who had visited him the night before. Well, 'boy' or whatever that was. This time he was wearing one of those typical caps vampires from books used to wear.

His heart beated so fast when he saw the 'get outside' sign the stranger made. Feeling nervous, he opened the window.

It wasn't that much. He was probably just a normal boy. Although if it was so, how the hell had he made it there? Frank would swear he had seen him leave flying in a bat appearance.

Even having him in front of him he couldn't say a word. It was like the other's freezing temperature had settled in his blood, too.

Gerard didn't dare to say anything, either. He wasn't so sure of what was he doing there anymore.

"Hello." that was the only thing that came out of the taller one's mouth.

Because of that, Frank could see that boy's sharp fangs which scared him even more.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?" Frank spoke more scared than he had ever been.

"My name's Gerard."

"You are a... right? Aren't you a...?" Gerard couldn't feel guiltier hearing Frank's trembling voice. "Was it you who did this to me?" the shorter boy pointed to the two spots on his neck.

"Yes" the other admited.

Frank went inmediately away and started to let the words go without control.

"No... It can't be, vampires don't exist, this is just a cruel joke. Those fangs are fake, I... You've come to bite me again! You're going to make me bleed to death, right?

Gerard alarmed about the fact that Frank was raising his voice. He probably wasn't the only one who lived in that house and the last thing he needed was somebody else to find him.

In less than a second, the vampire covered Frank's soft lips with his frozen hands, he took him by the hip and jumped up with him wrapped with his cap to the roof of an abandoned building.

As soon as Frank's feet hit the ground again, he reacted running away from the one who he considered his kidnapper although he stopped just before the roof's edge so he wouldn't fall down the road full of cars of New Jersey.

With his heart beating fast, he turned around to see Gerard. It was definitely true, that boy wasn't human.

When he saw Frank wouldn't get closer to him again at all, it was the vampire who did that.
