The Love That Makes Us Fear.

There’s no relief,

You haunt me in my dreams,

You’re following my every step,

I just can’t breathe.

I run and I hide,

Because I can’t bare your beautiful face,

That charming soul,

That tears down all my walls,

That I can’t help but to embrace.

I say I want you gone,

I say I can live without,

But the truth is that I’m lying,

Your body I need without a doubt.

Those arms I call safety,

Those lips that make me weak,

I’m trying to be strong,

But I will break – and it won’t be very long,

Before I give in to you – you’re never wrong.

Please stay with me,

Always be by my side,

You see – it’s because I love you,

That I need to run and hide.

If you were to ever leave me,

I couldn’t ever get back up again,

My life would be over,

And my heart – well it would never mend.
