"Like at all?"
"Not even a little."
"Was she ugly or something?"
"Not even close to it."
"Well that must have sucked."
"No, she didn't and that was the problem."
"You're disgusting."
"You asked."
"Um no," Chamony laughs and throws a pretzel at him, which he catches and pops in his mouth. "You offered. Specific details were not required."
"Whatever," he shrugs. "Your turn."
She pauses and then rubs her temples, "I can't believe I'm about to tell you this."
"Technically you haven't said anything yet..."
She glares and then leans back into the sofa. "So my ex was one of those weird people who decided to get braces later on in life. Specifically, our senior year of high school."
"Okay," Isaac trails off, unsure why he's annoyed with her bringing up a previous lover.
"Anyway, my mom was at work, granddaddy was at his shop, Sammy was at a neighbor's house and obviously, Elisha was off at school by now." She sighs, not knowing why in the hell she's sharing this with him, but continues. "So we were messing around, one thing led to another, and next thing I know he's going down on me. And it's okay, nothing amazing, but then I hear this scraping sound and feel this stinging/ burning...down there."
Unable to hold it in any longer, Isaac falls back in laughter.
"It wasn't funny!" Chamony glares, crossing her arms. "I called Elisha, panicking and everything."
"Did you bleed or anything?"
"There was blood, but it wasn't mine."
He pauses, "You hit him."
"Tried to break his nose."
"I'm sure it wasn't intentional."
"Okay, let a bi*ch suck you off, cut you, and see if you'll be wanting to join hands around a campfire and sing Kumbayah."
He points his index finger, "Good point."
"I'm back!" Dana shouts, walking in the apartment with her gym bag on her shoulder. She smiles and smirks when she sees her roommate and her roommate's 'friend' eating snacks, textbooks all around them, relaxing on the sofa.
"What's up Dana?"
"Practice," she shrugs, dropping down on the free sofa. "Speaking of-"
"We had ours earlier today," he finishes, already knowing what she plans on asking. "Yo how was your conditioning?"
She groans and throws her head back, "Awful. We had pizza last night and it came back up during the session."
Isaac frowns in disgust, "That's the fu*kin worst."
"I got a 100 on my Ethics quiz today," Chamony suddenly announces, causing the other two to look over at her with confusion. "What? We were sharing stories. I didn't wanna be left out."
The two athletes laugh as Dana gets up and heads toward the back, "I'm gonna go take my shower."
"I should be heading out too," Isaac rises off the sofa, yawning and stretching. "We have practice at 6."
