34: Trust

I twirled myself around on the stool as Aiden entered the bar followed by josh ,I think it was .

"I'll go get us some drinks " the familiar voice spoke faintly .

I grinned as I returned to facing the bar tenders . "Long time no see " I spoke sipping from my drink , he ordered two randoms before facing me .

"It seems you didn't need my help after all , Daliah ran your Alphas right out of town " I spoke smiling as his expression dropped and he glanced back at the awaiting vampire .

"Oh don't worry love he can't hear us" I stated motioning between us , as I gulped down the rest of my drink . "I-I..." he trailed off "your heads jumbled might wanna sort it out " I exited the building without speaking another word .

I walked amongst the strangely quiet streets of New Orleans . Not taking any chances I cloaked myself while leaving the bar .

The sound of a Violin echoing off the empty streets brought me to a Scene that ended before I could see ..... "looks like they've just lost their witch " I spoke feeling strangely more in power than usual .

I groaned while shaking my head and speeding over to the Mikaelsons .

As I entered everything seemed to slow down a bit , Freya pacing slightly an everyone just seemed on edge .

"Oh " she coughed awkwardly "You have a visitor " she stated glancing up at Nik , who grinned at me . "Ah yes , this is my dear Friend Madeline ." He spoke walking over and tossing and arm over my shoulders .

Mouthing the words Play it cool.
"You must be Freya then ?" I asked raising a brow she nodded looking back at Nik "Yes that's me " she smiled .Confusion weeped off of her as she tried to figure out what supernatural being I was .

I grinned "I've heard great things about you from Elijah " I stated as she glanced at Niklaus who seemed to smile innocently "Elijah is known for talking " he shrugged . I watched as the pair studied each other wearily . Niklaus glanced at Freya giving her the leave us be look which she didn't seem to be getting . I glanced at him before sighing "well I Actually traveled here from Mystic Falls to discuss a private matter with Klaus - Do you mind continuing your visit later " I spoke up making sure she thought that I just arrived in town . She looked at me surprised , probably at the fact that I actually wanna speak to him . "Yes of course , I will speak to you later Niklaus " she nodded before exiting the house .

"The witch Elijah had ... " I trailed off grinning slightly "well it's seems he no longer has her " I shrugged taking a seat . Nik chuckled "what do you mean?"
"Well on fourth avenue there's a bloody mess I'd say . You'd better come up with a plan to kill her before the population of this place becomes 1" I pointed a finger at myself .

"Hayley has taken hope to a remote location" he began "along with Jackson ..." he looked in deep thought.

"I'm going to go to my hotel for a bit , call me if you need anything " I nodded before I left , not wanting questions about my short visit .

I stepped out onto the balcony letting the wind Nip at my face . I stood there for a little while before re-entering the room and taking a seat in front of the fire place , that was ignited.

I slowly found myself getting lost in the past .......

Late 10th century

I laughed racing with Kol . " I won again !" I cheered smiling brightly . "You're a cheater " he chuckled taking a seat beside on the edge of a cliff . I glanced at him from the side .

    "Have you found a purpose ?" I randomly asked , returning my gaze to the water below . "Hmm not yet , but some day probably yes - have you ?" He asked backed . I had to think about it really hard , but I never did think of anything .

11th Century

"I can win this " I stated grinning back at Rebekah who smiled at me from her position in the Crowd . "Come Thomas was it ? You cannot be afraid of me beating you ." I stated holding my dress with both hands , he smiled at me nodding his cap "We will see my lady "

12th Century

I danced with Kol while we looked at the rest of his family members, standing together having fun and smiling . "Will never be with them like that will we ?" Kol muttered to himself . "Not like that no ..." I trailed off furrowing my brow .

16th century

"Oh I forgot my manners " I grinned walking around the thrashing boy . "Do you prefer rope or tape , because either or works for me " I weighed both back and forth in my hands . "You psychotic bi-" I gasped loudly "it sounded like you said both . Both it is !" I cheered .

"Aye ,calm it down a bit I thought a party was going on in here " Klaus's voice echoed of the walls . I spun around arms extended "we were having a party until you showed up " I answered glancing down at the anxious boy . "Isn't that right love " I stated smiling bitterly .

Present

I never did find a purpose , and is still haven't . Maybe I'm not meant to do anything that'll will go down in history - I could , but that would cause exposer and every supernatural creature would want me dead .
