It had been a couple of days, she was stuck in the hospital. Lysandra was doing everything she could to get a location on Gubarev, but she was coming up empty every time.

"My baby"

Karyn was shaken up, mad at herself for not being able to protect Diana, mad at the hospital because they wouldn't let her go save her baby, mad at Lysandra for not doing her job.

"We're looking"

"Look harder"

It took a month before Lysandra had been informed that Ivan Gubarev was killed in a shoot out between three FBI agents, she had also been told that they had Diana, and she was safe.

Diana was returned to her mother safely, and no one asked any questions. Karyn was glad she had her baby, and that she was able to have a life again.

"You can leave WPP and see your father again, but you'll have to wait just two more months, to make sure that no one's after you"

Karyn nodded, happy to have her baby back, happy to finally be able to see her dad again.

"What do you need?"

"Can you buy me some blonde hair dye?"

"Um, sure"
