Astrid went to my cottage early this morning. She insisted and she really wanted to come with me. Well not really with me, she wanted to have the quest by her own. But it's my opportunity, to prove to the Scottish I'm not just a wee hiccup, and to prove to Berk and to myself that I am a worthy chief.
Anyways, an assistant or two might be helpful. So I only chose tuffnut and fishlegs as companies.
And of course, why them, you are asking? First of all, i wouldnt really bother picking snoulout, and second of all I need are the boys. Although the girls are more thougher than the boys, but Tuff's a bit strong and Fishlegs is all about the brains.
They prepared all the things they needed for the journey. Their clothes, food and water, dragon food and of course, weapons for emergencies.
"Hiccup!" mom hugged me tight. She pulled ourselves away and ran her hand in my forehead, setting my hair aside, leaving my eyes visible and clear.
"Good luck," She whispered and placed on a faint smile upon her face. I smiled back. I was about to walk to Toothless until she pulled my hands again, "You'll need this," she said, placing a flat whistle in my palm.
I smiled confusingly, but how could I doubt mom? "Thanks," I said, placing it on my pocket and tried to run again,
But she pulled my hand, again. "Hiccup, there she goes," she said, tilting my head to Astrid. And of course Astrid got mad at me again for not picking her.
She aproached me, gritting her teeth and her eye brows stitched together. I smiled and walked to her as well, before I'd cupped her cheeks. She remained frozen,
I pulled ourselves closer and whispered, "If anything wrong happens, take care of mom." I told her, our foreheads touching.
"I wanna go with you," she whispered back. I closed my eyes and shook my head, "No, I can't let anything happen to you either. It's too dangerous."
She frowned and looked down, before she coukd construct a faint smile upon her face. I kissed her quickly once more and ran off to Toothless.
We smiled and took off. I looked back to mom, and Astrid once more. "Don't die babe!" she yelled. I chuckled and turned back front.
"Whats the plan hiccup?" fishlegs asked. "Lets just see what we can do in Scotland." i replied. We have traveled miles away from berk, and saw Alvin's ship.
T'was the biggest of 'em all. The biggest of the hundreds he brought. I signaled the boys to hide above the clouds. They nodded and did what was told.
Toothless and i went closer to the Alvin's ship. Without any signs of my presence in that ship, i lurked to the room to see the papers.
In one them, i saw my perspective. Though it might not be that clear. All that was said was Establish trading relationship with Dunbroch-> Gain their trust-> Release the dragons and threat the peope-> Kill the king and queen-> Rule.
Looking aside, seeing the eggs of the dragons in a chest. I slowly went out of the room. Seeing the heavy men surrounding me. Wanting to kill me! They grit their teeths and clenched their fists.
I quikly ran out, they tried to catch me but I was quick. I hid to where the sea was near.
Call Alvin! one cried.
No! He said never to disturb him while he's asleep! another replied.
I'm the first mate so listen!
I better listen to the boss's instruction and live.
They argued. Toothless trailed behind me. I grinned and hopped on him. We flee back to the sky, above the clouds. Then they realized I was gone. I took a peek from the clouds.
Where is he?!
I think he's gone, Trelumbus.
If Alvin finds out about this, we'd be killed!!!
I went back up again. "Guys, clench it up a notch, noon is coming and we better eat, our energy is needed, and besides, we'll never be out of time, we got dragons." I said, while they took for an Island.
