Hiccup's POV

Vincent led us to the deeper part of the forest. Tuffnut gave me a nudge and he pulled himself closer to my ear.

He made sure that Vincent was far ahead. "So, why would we trust this Vincent guy?" He whispered. "We wont, as long as he wouldnt know our secret identity, we're safe." I replied.

"But you just told him you name is Hiccup!!" He excliamed. I shut his mouth and grabbed his head to duck. He struggled and shove my face off.

When his mouth is free from my hand, he went gasping for air. "Tuffnut, look, you still have your chance, just dont tell him your real identity." I explained one more time.

We stood up and continued running.Vincent on the other hand look at us with an innocent smile. "So, what's your name?" he asked.

Tuffnut looked around to see if he was the one asked. He pointed to himself. "Me?"

"Yep."

"Uh.. asfgk- nut." he startled.

Vincent raised a questioning eyebrow. He chuckled. "I'm sorry, what was that?" He asked again.

Tuffnut's heart was beating fast as he was looking around for answers thats already hidden inside him. Snoutlout gave him a nudge.

"Ruffnut!!!" he yelled. Snoutlout and Fishlegs slapped their foreheads with disappointment. "Dude you are clearly the most stupid perso-" Snoutlout complained but Vincent interrupted him with another question.

"What's your-"

"Ahhh Astrid!!!" he jumped with nervousness.

This is not going so well.

Vincent turned to Fishlegs. Fishlegs took a deep breath and which was the most calm of them three. "Well, my name is Tho-"

"His name is Bucket." Tuffnut, or should I say, Ruffnut interrupted. Snoutlout bursted with laughter. He gripped to his stomach as Tuffnut joined him.

Bucket, erm I mean Fishlegs ignored both of them, wearing the face of annoyance.

"Yeah that." He mumbled.

Vincent stopped and looked up, and so did I. He took a deep breath and looked at us with a smile. "Guys, welcome to my home." he introduced.

Snoutlout and Tuffnut quit the laughing as their jaws dropped wide. A flock of birds passed above us, flying into the horizon. "Woah," I gasped in amazement, looking at the clear water that drops to the ground from the top of the waterfalls.

Toothless jumped to the lake and played with the water. A smile carved to my face.

"So, can you help us hide the dragons?" I asked. He smiled and pointed up, to the big tree across the lake. "In there, the giant leaves may cover the dragons, and besides, people dont really go there." he said.

I arched an eye brow. "Oh is there like some sort of a twist? Like when you see a big beautiful house but there are ghosts or free food but there's poision? You know what I'm saying... A twist."

He nodded in reply. "Yes I understand, but you see, there is no twist Hiccup, its just, people just dont really go in there. It's kinda boring." he explained. Tuffnut shoved my face away. "Thats good for me!" he said, walking there.

"Eh, I agree with Tu- er I mean Ruffnut." Snoutlout snorted. Fishlegs stood still behind us. His teeth chattered as he hold on to my shoulder.

"But what if there are monsters? Or wasps or--" he panted. Snoutlout rolled his eyes, thinking here it goes again, and pulled Fishlegs's arm. "Let's go" he moaned.

Vincent and I followed. And I swear, the moment I looked at the water falls, its like there are people in there. But I just blinked a few times and rubbed my eyes just to see the silhuoettes fade.

I just continued to walk and caught up with the rest.

Merida's POV

Another boring day indeed. I was just under my tree house, frying my lunch. Fried fish indeed. And some apple I have shot, for Angus.

And yes, I admit that I am in a struggle but there is no way I will go back to the castle and marry someone who I do not know.

And I heard it will be Makintosh.

"What to you think Angus, do you think I should go back or what?"

Angus was unstable. He began jumping up and down to catch my attention. "Yeah, I think I should just stay here." I said with a polite smile.

He continued to scream at me, horse style, of course. I stood up. "What is it!" I exclaimed. He directioned to south. I slowly walked towards the big tree.

I know I also heard something, like a roar, some voices and a twig break. And I felt something unusual.

But as I checked nothing is there. I turned to Angus, "See, there is nothing in here lad!" I smiled.

Hiccup's POV

Toothless and the other dragons were on the tree, with the help of Vincent, yep.

I was finding my way down until there was this girl walking towards the tree. I have to stop. I ducked and slowly find some branches to step on.

"I thought nobody goes here!" I whispered.

"Yeah, but she must be, oh wait, I know her.." he replied, going down as faster and as silent as he can.

I tried to catch up but he was so fast, I slipped down and some vine gripped into my feet and I was hanging upside down.

When she looked back to the tree, she saw me. "Ahhh!!" I had her screaming, and she also made me scream. She slapped me on the face and good thing Vincent jumped down and stopped her.

"It's okay princess!" he yelp, raising both his hands to calm her down, while blocking her. She gave him a smile and tried to look aside. "Oh, hey V-vincent. What was that thing?"

I moaned. "Ugh. Gee, I really appreciate calling me thing and using the word what instead of a who, right after you slapped me so hard. I am really, really, thankful." I complained, sarcasm and annoyance filled my voice and my expressions.

She snorted. "Who are ye anyway?" she asked me forcing herself not to punch me in the face when I talked earlier. Vincent cut down the vines and I jumped down with ease.

"Hi- Horrendous Haddock." I said. Vincent looked at me, confused. But he just force a smile to the red head. "He- he's my cousin." he added, looking down and making little fists with his hands.

Then she smiled at me and reached her hand. "Merida." she introduced. I just stared at her hand and never shook it even though a minute had passed by. She snorted again and pulled back her hand.

She turned back to walk away. Well, she also stopped by and leaned to Vincent's ear and whispered. "Never call me princess, remember?" she whispered with her thick Scottish accent before she had disappeared through the woods.

What was that for?
