Teri's POV
If you asked who Teri Chi was you'd probably get the answer of 'antisocial third year girl', however they don't know what made me become a mute, "Teri!" Nagisa yelled as he jumped on my back, I sighed and put my arms under his knees preventing him from falling, "Nagisa, you can't do that. What if Teri's busy" Rei said removing Nagisa from my back, "She's just arrived at school, how would she be busy?" Nagisa asked, "She might be wanting to go to her home room, like we should be" he said before dragging him off, "See you later Teri!" Nagisa yelled waving, I gave a small wave back before going to my home room.

I sat in my usual seat which was next to Makoto, he smiled at me "How are you Teri?" He asked, I gave him a thumbs up as a response, he nodded "That's good. Are you coming to swimming practice?" He asked, a smiled came across my face and I nodded excitedly, he smiled back.

Swimming practice finally came around and I was waiting at the side of the pool for the others, clothes flew off making me chuckle as Haru ran and dove into the water, "Haru, you'll get a cold!" Makoto yelled as he, Nagisa, Rei and Gōu came up the stairs, I gave a wave before I let out a scream as I was pulled into the pool, I came back to the surface and saw the other four laughing while Haru stood in front of me, I glared at him before climbing out.

Makoto wrapped a towel around me, I gave a small nod of appreciation "He's trying so hard to get you to talk again" he said as we watched him swim laps, I sighed and opened my mouth but shook my head and closed it again as the memories flashed through my mind, I dropped the towel and left the school grounds, I arrived home and leant back against the door letting out silent sobs.

*Flashback*
I ran into the hospital and up to the front desk, "The Chi family! I need to know they're okay?!" I yelled, the receptionist gave me a sympathetic look "I'm sorry kid. They didn't make it" they said, "No" I gasped as I collapsed to my knees as tears poured down my face, the receptionist came around to comfort me but I stood up and ran from them, all the way home.
*End of Flashback*

It was my fault, they was on their way home from watching my swimming competition, which I had won my race making them proud, however they was hit by a drunk driver sending them into a tree, they was a knock on my door making me jump so I wiped my face removing the tears and opened it to see Haru, he gave a small smile "Can I come in?" He asked, I nodded and moved out of the way to allow him in before closing the door behind him.

"I'm sorry for pulling you into the pool" he said, I gave a small smile and waved it off before he tackled me with a hug, I hesitated as I returned it "You can cry if you want to" he said and I broke down causing him to tense up a little before comforting me, we stood like that for a few minutes before I pulled away wiping my tears and lead him into the front room, "So they is a competition tomorrow, would you come watch, maybe even swim" he asked, my eyes widened before I nodded and mentioned that I would watch and maybe swim, he smiled and pulled me into a hug, stunning me since he's never been the one to have contact with anyone.

I arrived at the competition and was met by Gōu, "Teri!" She said giving me a hug, I smiled and returned it, she pulled away only to have Nagisa jump on my back "Teri, are you swimming?!" He yelled as he hopped off, I shrugged "Come on let's go!" Nagisa said grabbing my arm and dragging me inside with the others following.

Haru's POV
I was sat on the bleachers watching the competition before the Women's 100m freestyle was called, I glanced over to Teri to see her make sure no one saw her leave before she did, a small smile appeared, "Where's Teri?!" Nagisa asked, I pointed down to the pool as she and her competitors approached, "Come on Teri!" He yelled and I stood up to watch, Makoto looked at me and smiled.

Teri's POV
I stood on my podium and pulled my goggles over my eyes, "Come on Teri!" I heard Nagisa yell, I smiled before preparing to dive in, "On your marks. Get set" and we was signalled to go, I dove into the water and was equally matched by the person in the lane next to me, it came to the turn so I gave a powerful kick off allowing me to pull ahead and win, I shook hands with the girl in the next lane before getting out and smiled as I saw the team cheering and smiling, I made my way to the locker room before I was picked up making me squeal as I was spun around.

I was placed back down and turned around to face Haru, I smiled and gave him a hug which he accepted, "I knew you couldn't resist" he said making me laugh, he leant down and kissed me before he was called for his race, leaving me confused, I shook my head before changing quickly and going up to the bleachers, "You did great" Makoto said as they pulled me into a hug, I smiled before the signal was let off for Haru's race to start, I stood and watched, he began to fall behind and I sighed "Come on Haru!" I yelled causing the team to gasp and stare at me, he picked his speed up and came first making us cheer.

"Teri-" I cut Makoto off as I ran down to the locker room and saw Haru coming down, I smiled and ran over and jumped into his arms, "Teri, you spoke" he said as he hugged me back, I laughed and nodded "I yelled" I say pulling away, he smiled before leaning down to kiss me again but I put my finger on his lips, "Hang on a second Dolphin boy" I say making him sigh and roll his eyes, "Don't roll your eyes at me, I want to know why you kissed me" I say, "I thought I made it pretty clear" he said before pulling me in by the waist and kissing me, I rolled my eyes and kissed him back wrapping my arms around his neck.
