Maryrose's POV
After putting Ran and Ren to bed after a long energetic day of babysitting them, Makoto and I flopped down on to his bed, "You wasn't kidding when you told me they'd drain the energy out of me" I say giving a light chuckle, he smiled "I would be surprised if you hadn't ran out of energy" he said, I smiled and yawned, "Would you like to stay overnight? I mean it's too late for you to be walking home" he said, I nodded.

He went over to his cupboard and pulled out a shirt and shorts, he handed them me before going over to the bedroom door, "I'll get changed in the bathroom" he said before leaving and closing the door behind him, I removed my clothing and put his shirt on which went to my mid-thigh, I folded my clothes up and placed them on a chair in the room, along with the shorts, I laid on the bed and waited for Makoto to return.

Makoto's POV
I knocked on my door but they was no reply, I raised an eyebrow "Maryrose, I'm coming in" I warned as I slowly opened the door, she had fallen asleep on my bed, just in my shirt, I felt heat rush to my cheeks as I went over to her and picked her up making sure I didn't wake her and placed her under the covers, I tried to unlatch her from me but failed as she had her death grip on me.

I sighed and laid next to her placing the cover over the both of us evenly, she smiled and rested her head on my chest making me blush more, I wrapped an arm around her waist protectively and kissed her forehead, "Sweet dreams, Maryrose" I whisper before falling asleep myself.

"I thought Makoto said they was friends" I heard someone whisper, "Nagisa don't jump to conclusions" another scolded, I groaned as I rubbed my eyes to see Rei and Nagisa stood looking at me startling me, "Morning Makoto!" Nagisa yelled, only to have Rei clasp his hand around his mouth as they was a groan next to me and Maryrose sat up rubbing her face then running a hand through her hair, "I suggest whoever just woke me up to run" she said making me chuckle, never a morning person.

"Morning Maryrose!" Nagisa yelled as he jumped on to the bottom of my bed, she glared at him and grabbed him by the collar of the shirt, "Nagisa, I thought you knew better than to wake me early on the weekends" she growled, his face dropped, "Sorry" he apologised as tears formed in his eyes, she sighed and let go of him "Then get out and leave me to sleep" she said, he nodded before dragging Rei out of the room, closing it behind him.

I went to get out but she grabbed my wrist "Where do you think you're going?" She asked, I went to answer but she pulled me back on to the bed and rested her head on my chest making heat rush to my cheeks, "You're too comfortable to let go" she muttered, I smiled and wrapped my arm around her waist, kissing her forehead.
