Evie's POV

The four of us had arrived at Nandos and I sat next to Laura but opposite Jordi and she sat next to her boy Ollie who was then sat next to Jordi. Aha. It was like the guys on one side and the girls on the other side.

'Would you like to order?' a cute waiter came over to us with a notebook and pen. Smiling at us all. He looked a bit like Liam Payne from one direction cross with brad from the vamps. Yes I know weird combination but you should have seen him!

'Yes please' Jordi smiled at the guy who's name on his badge said "Darren".

We all said what we wanted to order then he asked 'any drinks??'

'Yes I'll have a coke' ollie smiled.

'Me too! What about you girls?' Jordi replied.

Me and Laura just nodded and smiled.

'So four cokes and your food coming right up' the waiter called Darren smiled, as he popped his notebook and pen back in his pocket and went back into the kitchen with the chefs.

'You girls think he was hot dont you?' Jordi winked at us. Ollie was sat there with a smirk on his face winking at us.

'No no no we don't' Laura said in shock.

'No of course not! he was cute yeah! but Jordi you're the only boy that's fricking hot to me! like wise with you ollie to Laura' I smiled.

The boys laughed and sat there looking like they thought we fancied him or something.

'Oh umm..i meant to say Evie, can I just go and have a word with you?' Jordi smiled at me as he looked in the direction of the other side of the room.

'Umm sure yeah ok' I weakly smiled. Not knowing what quite was going on. Laura shrugged her shoulders and ollie looked like he either wasnt bothered or he already knew.

Jordi's POV

So i took Evie to the corner of the restaurant where it was a little bit more peaceful. You could still hear the clanking of metal cutlery being used in the kitchen but at least there were less people.

I knew that Evie was 14 and only nearly 15 but I really wanted to ask her something.

'Babe. Don't look so scared' I teased, laughing as i gently brushed her long hair from her eyes.

'What's wrong Jord?' she broke out of her smile.

'Well you know you've got exams and stuff soon and the dance coming up well I was thinking.. umm' I paused. Not knowing whether to finish the sentence or not.

'.. I was thinking if you wanted me to take you to the dance' I slowly said feeling myself go bright red.

'I know I'm nearly 18 and you're only nearly 15 but that's ok isn't it? we can tell people we're together?' I suggested.

'I guess so.. but I'll have to think it through first Jordi I can't rush into things cuz think how many people are at my school. I just.. think it's pr.. probably better to think it through' she stuttered.

'I love you babe though' she said as she held my hands, kissing me on the lips before leading us back to ollie and Laura.

Evie's POV

Flip flip flip. I was literally flipping out. Jordi just asked me if he could take me to my school dance. Which was amazing and everything because I loved him and all! but think about all my friends at school (well all the people I talk to) and also how many people would think it's wrong.

What if people thought it was totally wrong that we are dating. Or if people took the mick out of me or him or both of us!

I would never hear the end of it.

I had to think things through so I decided I would ask Laura if she needed to go to the loo when really we would just go and talk.

'Hey Laura do you need to go to the toilet?' I asked about 5 minutes after me and Jordi got back from our little conversation.

'No I'm fi...' she said as I kicked her leg from under the table.

'Ow' she whimpered.

'*cough* .. I mean uhh yeah sure I do' she said. Realising I had to talk to her.
