"That's no way to treat your Father, now, is it?" He said with a smirk etched on his ripped skin.
I let out a dry laugh.
"Please, if I wanted a father I wouldn't stoop that low for you," I state bitterly. I honestly don't know if he's either deaf or just Sniffers Gold stuck in his little brain of his. I haven't seen him for a decade (thank Irene) because I don't and never wanted to see my 'Step Dad'. I lost touch with him because he would always do sniffers gold around me plus I don't mess with that kind of dust...
"Don't ya' say that missy! You weren't saying that when you were five years old!" He argued. I got angry. Does anybody expect a five-year-old girl to survive in a village that hates her? Not to mention, becoming the supposed leader of the clan? I guess not.
"You wanna go by memory lane? Fine, then. We'll take a little detour through memory lane."-getting enraged just by the thought-"Remember when MY mother left you for my biological father? She originally came to you because you were honest, responsible, and other things that don't exist in your vocabulary but, supposedly better than him? Look at her now, dead long with my father, being happy. Or when you pathetically asked-no-practically begged for my mother to come back. And when you made me work for rent, food, debts, and your stupid dust. I can name more things but I want to spare your self-esteem,"
"Oh, Aphmau, you naive little girl," He laughed, with a sinister smile plastered on his face.
"Do not say my given name you bastard, now get out. I will meet you at nine o'clock or ten p.m at your hometown." I directed.
"Ten o'clock it is. Where specifically? I'll be near Sleazy's Market, I expect you to be there. " He said with a glint of mischievous.
"JUST GO!" I shouted.
