Chapter fifteen

Carl and Bea spent the day together on the lounge watching movies. Carl suddenly got up. 'Hey babe I have to go but I'll see you later' Carl said and quickly kissed her on the head. Before she could respond he was already out the door. She decided to drop it since she knew where he was coming from. She thought about Carl and her. They weren't a couple yet, but she did have feelings that he reciprocated. She watched movies and cooked dinner. By the time she finished dinner it was 10:00pm.

Tomorrow, tomorrow she would see her ex-boyfriend and rapist in a court room. Oh god she wasn't prepared. She looked in her wardrobe for something appropriate to wear. She had a black skirt suitable and a black blouse. She also got some heels from the bottom of her closet that was short but still decent. She went to bed and set her alarm for 6:30. She also texted Fiona, Mickey and Sam a reminder text about tomorrow and what time.

Beatrice woke up to the sound of her alarm. She got up and had a shower. She went downstairs and made breakfast. Halfway through making it sam came down. 'Hey kiddo, ready for today?' Sam asked,.
'Not at all I'm so scared and nervous' Bea responded. 'Well hurry up we gotta eat and pick Mickey up' he told Bea. She quickly ate her bacon and started getting ready. She put her clothes on and some makeup. She decided to wear her glasses today as she was meant to all the time but hasn't. She could see without them but not long distance. She got downstairs and Sam was in some nice jeans and a dress top. They went and picked Mickey up, who didn't look as great as the other but he was well dressed for Mickey. She texted Carl:

Carl🙄🖤 - hey don't forget 10:00 at the court please be their, ON TIME!!!! Xx

They arrived at the court house and met with the police officers. Tony told her what was going to happen. They waited outside the room for everyone else and for them to be called in. All the Gallagher's showed up even Kev and V, but no Carl. The case got called in and they all sat down. They sat behind the representative of the state with Bea on the end of the first row with Sam, fiona, liam and Debbie. Behind Beatrice is where Mickey sat with Ian, lip, Kev and V. Just as the judge walked in Carl did too, he went down to the front and sat next to Bea on the end of the row. They started the case. 'Your late' Bea said pissed to Carl. 'I'm here now' Carl said grabbing her hand.
