Chapter thirtysix

The next morning the two woke up and Bea had a free day. Carl asked if she wanted to go see the Gallagher's and she agreed. She got changed and did her hair and makeup. Carl didn't stop holding her the entire time cause he didn't want to lose her again. They went to the station and caught the L back to shitty south side. They arrived at the Gallagher's and heard everyone inside. Carl walked in after Bea. 'IM BACK BITCHES' Bea shouted causing everyone to look over and run to bea. Lip kissed Beas forehead, Ian kissed her cheek, liam hugged her leg, Debbie hugged her waist and Fiona hugged her side. Everyone looked over at Carl, 'I'm fucking proud of you' Fiona said and Carl smiled.

Beatrice was telling the Gallagher's everything that happened over the past few months. She was mid way through sentence when her phone rang. She rolled her eyes and excused herself.

'Hello.' Bea said bluntly knowing that it was her ex-boyfriend that she broke up with yesterday. 'Hey baby come over, I need you' he slurred into the phone. Bea rolled her eyes, 'I'm not coming over don't contact me anymore we are over' Bea said. 'Fuck you, I hope you die. You are a worthless -' jay yelled and Carl grabbed to phone off Bea. 'Look Bea is from Southside and this is her friend so you better shut your month cause I know heaps of guys in gangs that would gladly kick your ass for yelling at most beautiful girl in the world' Carl said sourly and hung up. He gave Bea back her phone. 'Thanks, for that and everything' Bea smiled. 'Anything for you, I promise I'll make it up to you' Carl assured, holding her waist. Beatrice smiled and hugged Carl.

'Bea I also have something else to tell you' Carl said pulling away from the hug. 'What is it?' Bea asked. 'I'm going to military school' he smiled, 'I'm so proud of you' Bea boosted And she really was. They decide that they weren't going to get back together yet but they were going to talk and do normal things they used to do, like cuddle and kiss and all that. Carl was leaving for military school tomorrow in a few days. Beatrice went back to her dorm as she had classes in the morning.

She woke up to her and Amelia's alarm going off. They both got out of bed and got dressed. They walked into a coffee shop getting breakfast and coffee on the way to the lecture that Amelia had and the room Bea had. After Bea finished her lesson at 12 she walked out and sat on a bench in the sun. She pulled out her phone to see a text from Carl

Carl🖤💸- hey princess, can I come over to say a proper goodbye this afternoon at 4 (I'm coming over anyway it's just to tell you to ask your roommate to leave) xxxxxx

Bea rolled her eyes and called Carl.
'Hey baby' Carl greeted as he picked up.
'Hey idiot' Bea laughed. 'You can come round and she will be out anyway we're meant to have a mixer but I'll skip out for you' Bea sighed. Carl laughed at her acting 'okay see you then bye' Carl laughed 'bye babe' Bea said as she hung up. She headed back to her dorm room got changed into clothes that she could wear when Carl came yet be comfortable and started her work.

Be got through it without being confused but it being painful. She was almost done when their was a knock on the door. She got up and answered the door seeing the boy who was her not-ex-ex-back-together? Yeah. The two embraced as she moved across so he could walk in. Carl laid on her bed and Bea finished her work. Carl kept on asking her questions like 'tell me the longest word you know' 'do you have something that would confuse me?' Which Bea answered and she did confuse Carl very much. She finally finished and took her glasses off. She went over to her bed and cuddled up to Carl. 'Look I really regret what I did and I know I'm going away but, will you be my girlfriend again?' Carl asked out of the blue and Bea nodded and smiled. Bea straddled him and kissed his lips. Let's just say they made that night memorable ;)
