Help: (Just FYI, I know Peeta is not my character, but my story is in Peeta's POV, and since he is so utterly undeveloped in the original, I have to make up most of his character, so I consider him a teensy bit mine.) For Peeta's obligatory dark backstory, I am having him be heavily abused by his mother and occasionally have panic attacks because of it. I did my research to make it seem plausible, but it always comes out a tad off. How can I make him more realistic?
