Chapter 1: Devastated

6 months ago..

Ring ring went my phone.

"Hello?''
"Good evening is this Tessa Blue?"
"Yes"
"Tessa I'm afraid your fathers been in a terrible accident ."
"Wwwhat"
" A drunk driver hit his vehicle he is currently located in Memorial Hospital"
That phone call was only 2 days ago..

Shocked is the one and only way I could feel.

It's always just been me and dad against the world..mom left when i was 2.

Now as hold my fathers hand watching his sleeping body I finally broke down.

"Daddy this cant be happening of all the fathers in the world it had to be you..."
"This is not how my life was supposed to be .. you were supposed to watch me grow up.. you were supposed to threaten all the boys I brought home from college.. you were supposed to watch me fall in love and hold my hand as heart was broken.. "

"You supposed to walk me down the aisle to my groom.. hold your little grandchildren and you were supposed to grow old and and .."

Before I could finish my sentence the heart monitor flat lined ....

1 week later......

It started to rain but I didn't feel a drop .
My eyes heavily focused upon the casket being lowered into the ground.

I felt as if my heart shattered beyond compare

My rock in the storm, my best friend , my dad, gone into a world with no pain ..

Right before i left the cemetery i said " Bye daddy i miss you.."

1 month later..

When dad died I fell into deep depression .

I found relief in drugs , alcohol , tattoos, piercings and worst of all street racing.

I didn't race for the money i raced for the danger in hopes of one day dying i know it seems bad but what was the point in living a life I didn't like.
One night i was racing and was knocked off my bike into a ditch .
I ended up in a coma for two weeks .
I went to therapy for 3 months until i was deemed mentally stable. With everything i now have severe anxiety.
