Danielle had her head all the way back as blood drip down her neck. Her whole body ached from what happened. The man was brutal. He wanted a straight answer and Danielle tried her best to not say anything. "This could end if you just tell me where the girl went. The pain will stop." The man said holding a normal knife to Danielle's neck. Danielle squeezed her eyes shut and licked her lips. "I already told you I don't know." Danielle said. The man, or demon, growled as he walked only a couple of feet away, not facing Danielle. The man spun around and looked at Danielle. She didn't dare look at the man. "I told you this could end." He said before throwing the knife towards Danielle, who couldn't move. Danielle whimpered at the thought of the memory and her side ached from where the knife landed. That was the worst she went through. The knife was way to powerful than other things. They were going to continue to torture her, and she knew this. But she wasn't going to give up, not yet.
Taylor raced back to the bar. Alec was following shortly after her. "What book!? What are you talking about!?" Alec was hollering as they both ran back to the bar. Taylor slammed the door open and bolted straight through the wall. She raced down the hall and slammed Danielle's door open. The indigo book on her desk was collecting dust as did everything in the room. The bed was a mess and things were scattered across the floor. Taylor grabbed it off the desk she flipped through it. It was filled with words and drawings. "What the fuck Taylor?" Alec asked as he stop in front of the door. Taylor ignored him and continued what she was doing. Alec frowned as he walked over to the desk and looked over her shoulder. The first thing he saw was a drawing of a mark that was exactly what was on Taylor's wings. "This is the answer?" He asked highly doubting it. "No." Taylor said flatly before turning a page where there was a huge drawing of an chalice. The drawing showed no color but the design showed that there were jewels all around the rim. Taylor skimmed the page as she tried to understand what it said. "This is." She said while laying the book out onto the desk. Dust shot up as she did so. Alec leaned onto the desk reading out loud what the page said. "The chalice of sight. Was created at blah blah blah. Used for people who lost memories but comes with-." Alec jolted away from the book not daring to finish the sentence. "No! No! No! You are not doing that!" Alec yelled. Taylor quickly got out of her seat and faced a red Alec. "Alec I have to. If I drink out of this chalice," She turned around and grab the book and held it up while pointing at it. "I could learn about my power and drop into hell and grab Danielle and get the fuck out of there." Taylor said happily. "No!" Alec screamed in rage. "It's a seventy five percent chance you will be killed Even being around it could kill someone!" He yelled making a good point. It dawned on Taylor that no matter what she could never get Alec to agree to this. "I think it's worth the risk." Taylor said with sass. She closed the book and held it to her chest and started heading for the door. "Where are you going?" Alec asked as he watch Taylor stop in the doorway. "I'm getting my friend back." She said strongly before slamming the door and going to one of the two people who she was sure would agree to this.
