Chapter 18

Taylor was thrown onto the ground as the earth closed behind her. Her wings started to shimmer as they turned to their normal black. Taylor whirled around and looked at the area where she was thrown from. It looked normal, like nothing happened. She started to bang on the ground, rip at it. She pulled out the grass but there was no way back. The ring wouldn't work, it only worked once. Dallon noticed her and ran over. As he stood a couple of feet he no longer able to move as he looked on with only one girl that had returned. He snapped out of it and ran over to Taylor. He grabbed her wrist trying to make her stop. He called her name but she kept on pulling trying to get back to her impossible job. Hot tears were forming in her eyes. She gave up and let Dallon hold onto her wrist. "Taylor what happened?" He asked her. Taylor's lip quivered before she talked. "She...She b-ack down their. S-she made m-me leave." She said, barely forming her words. A tear rolled down her cheek as she realized that Danielle could have left. Danielle could have left hell but she gave her ticket out to Taylor.

Dallon managed to drag Taylor away from the woods. "No no pl-please let me go find her!" Taylor whimpered while Dallon dragged her away. "No we'll have to find another way." He was dragging a sobbing Taylor backed to the bar. Dallon shoved the door open with his hip and pulled her through the door. Taylor was sobbing quietly when they arrived. "Ple-ea-se." She screamed loudly. "No we can't." Dallon said firmly pulling her towards the wall. He went through first then tugged her in after. Dallon heard laughing from the kitchen and went to investigate. Dallon pushed the handle down with his elbow then pulled Taylor through. "Come on." He grunted. Alec, Liam and Brendon all looked up from there card game at the disheveled pair. Alec ran to Taylor and knocked Dallon out of the way causing him to stumble. Alec scooped Taylor up in his arms. Taylor sobbed quietly into Alecs chest. "What did you do?!" Alec stared angrily at Dallon. "Uh well a lot of shit happened." He said not as calmly as he once was. Brendon and Liam were both standing now. "Well explain!" Brendon said coming around the table. "Uh well Danielle kinda went to the depths of hell to retrieve something from the devil and uh let Taylor escape instead of her." He said looking away from Brendons burning eyes. When the news hit Brendon ears it felt like being in a car crash. You'd be going at high speeds then just Wam! Right into something. It just felt like everything just crashed. Brendon pulled at his hair while walking away from them. He himself felt the heat radiating off him it was so intense.
