"I need everyone here now!" Brendon screamed looking at the group gathered before him. He called off everyone's names until they said something. "Dallon! Angel! Taylor! Dan! Phil! Alec! Liam! Lilly! Mark! Sean!" Brendon finished his makeshift roll call after everyone said something. "Now follow me we need weapons!" He walked to a wall and walked through everyone followed. They came to the small hallway where Taylor remembered Brendon walking through a wall. Without hesitations Brendon went in first slowly everyone else walked in. The room was normal size but what it contained was many materials to kill someone. The walls held up many different types of swords. Daggers, long swords, cutlass, Zweihánder, katanas, longbows, crossbows, recurve bows and many more. The swords and arrows shimmered, showing they were the unidentified crystal that killed any demon or angel. "Alec, Taylor!" He called their names. They both made their way up to him. He handed both Taylor a long bows and large sheaths of arrows while he handed Alec a recurve bow. Taylor's bow was silver with emerald swirled around them, same with Alec's. "Also take these if any get close." Brendon said both handing them a sleath which the both tied around their waist. "You're good with a bow Alec and since you can fly Taylor you'll be a good sniper." He continued looking for weapons. "Lilly, Angel!" The girls made their way forward. "You both get katanas. They are sharp can be moved swiftly." He handed the two girls katanas in sheaths that wrap around their waists. "Liam, Mark!" The boys made their way toward Brendon. "You both get battle axes." He handed the two boys charcoal colored battle axes. "Dan, Phil, Sean and Dallon!" They all walked towards him. "You all get long swords." He handed them all different swords with gems in the handles. Brendon grabbed another battle axe of the wall for himself. "Let go kick some ass." Brendon said as he continued to walk out the "door" and the rest followed.

Demonic, insane laughs could be heard from miles away. It worked as a wave, it got closer and closer. As the eleven walked everything was different. No humans could be seen, no noises. It was just them. "What's going on?" Sean asked as he walked closer into Mark. "I have no idea." Taylor said. For once in her life she wasn't confident in their abilities. They were up against an army of demons and the Devil. They all looked down the empty street and could see a something in the distance above the forest they've been through many times. The all gripped their weapons tightly. They all knew they have a possibility of dying. They all knew they all won't come back. It may sound selfish but they all didn't want to be that person. The person who turns into nothing. Alec looked over at Taylor and smiled as reassuringly as he could muster. "You'll be okay." Alec said with a crooked smile. "We will." Taylor said before grabbing his hand. The two moved their attention to the wave of demons coming towards them. She let go off Alec's hand and pulled an arrow from the sheath on her back. She was cautious of them as the army landed down the street. This moment was the peace before the war. They both waited for the other to move. The demon's grew impatient. Out of nowhere one demon, in the front of the other's let out a war cry and they all began to charge forwards. The group all held their weapons. Everyone else waited, watching them running forward holding up their weapons. Taylor took a timid step forward unfolding her large black and white wings. She pushed them down and went soaring into the sky above her friends. The others started to run as she lead from above. Not for long the two groups met and the air filled with the clanking of swords hitting against each other. Taylor looked down at the clashing groups and took aim. She aimed and hit a demon in the shoulder turning him into dust. She watched her friends ready to shoot if she see's someone in trouble. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a spear coming at her at. She quickly moved away as it zoomed by. More came as she kept on dodging them. She couldn't get a shot as another spear went straight towards her. Alec looked up and saw Taylor having problems. He quickly ended the Demon in front of him and grabbed his bow. He searched the crowd for the demon. It seemed that everyone ignored him. She looked down at the ground to see Sean get pinned by a large demon. She immediately loaded her bow and shot the demon in his upper back. Sean got back up and continued to fight.

Brendon was one of the strongest of the group but the fact that he knew many of these faces making him at a weaker state. As Brendon finished one more demon he started to pant. His eyes scanned forward into the fight and saw a old friend. The demon smiled a toothy smile. Smoothly the demon walked towards him in a clear path. Brendon gripped his weapon and stood up fully, letting Ryan come to him. Brendon swinged his axe but it was stopped by Ryan's spear. They kept on trying to hit one another, trying to strike the other. Brendon growled right before hitting Ryan in the stomach, making him fly backwards. Ryan caught his balance and the two glared at each other. Angel, not so far away notice the conflict and was frozen. Watching, not being able to move from her spot. "This is just taking too long." Ryan said before in one swift motion he threw his spear at Brendon. It could be barely seen from the tired Brendon, but not for Angel. In a flash her feet started to run towards Brendon. Without thinking she pushed Brendon out of the way and the spear tore through her torso. She let out a gasp for air as all she felt was pain growing through her, but the pain was quick. Brendon stared at Angel with wide eyes. He couldn't describe what he was feeling. Just pain. Unlike the spear that was thrown, Angel turning into dust went in slow motion. Her clothes, her brown hair and brown skin slowly turned into a grey ash like dust. The dust blew away in the wind as the spear fell to the ground in slow motion in Brendon's eyes. As it fell to the ground the noise of it clanking was the only thing Brendon could hear. Not the screams of people dieing. Not the war cries. Those all seemed to disappear. Brendon felt this feeling before, but now it was way worse. Way more painful. He couldn't think as his body started shake. Tears rolled down his face. He tried to talk, scream, something. But nothing. All of a sudden Brendon was filled with hatred. Anger. He wanted revenge. His eyes glowed a deep dark red and his head slowly turned to Ryan, who held a malicious smile. Brendon balled his fist as he stared at the man. Without noticing from the inside of his fist a dark red mist materialized. Ryan started to laugh when he saw the pain on Brendon's face. At this, the mist started to surround Brendon. Hiding him. With seconds it turned to solid and shot outwards. Hitting neighboring demons and Ryan. It moved so quick that they didn't notice it until it already hit it's target. Brendon didn't pay attention to it as he finally managed a scream to escape from him. After that they turned into sobs. He hit the ground as he squeezed his eyes shut. He couldn't fight. So he laid there. He may have not seemed dead or harmed but he sure as hell felt like he was.
