Performance

Laurance's POV

I finished getting ready to head to cafe. I walked out of my room and saw the boys still talking. "Hey Laurance. Where are you going?" Dante asked. "To the cafe. Why?" I replied. "Can we join?" Garroth asked. He sprung up from the couch like a 5 year old getting excited. "Sure...I guess? But why?" I asked. " We're bored here." Dante said. I nodded. The boys cheered and got up. 

After they got their stuff together, we left the house and walked to the cafe. "So why are you going to the cafe Laur?" Garroth asked me. "(Y/N) is performing there today." I said. "Really? Glad we came along then!" Garroth said, before returning to his conversation with Dante and Travis. 

ONE WALK LATER

The guys and I made it to the cafe after about a 15 minute walk. "Who's that singing?"  Travis asked. "She seems kinda familiar." "That's (Y/N). Laurance's lady friend." Dante said, wiggling his eyebrows. I blushed a bit and flipped him off as we walked in. We found a table in the corner and sat down. I sat down, facing the stage, wanting to see (Y/N). 

(Y/N) seemed like a professional up there on stage. Better than any celebrity I've seen on TV. I was so focused on (Y/N)'s performance, I didn't realize Garroth was waving a hand in my face. 

I snapped out of my thoughts and turned to face him. "Laurance? What do you want to drink?" Garroth asked. I saw the waitress with a weird expression on her face. "Uh...just a coffee." I said. She nodded and wrote that down before taking the rest of the guy's orders. 

(Y/N)'s POV

I was about to end my performance when I saw the Laurance, Garroth, Dante, and someone who looked really familiar walk in the cafe. I was in the middle of singing 'Scars to Your Beautiful'.  

(I legit love that song)

I had already performed a bunch of other songs already. From pop to some alternative songs. 

I finished my performance to loud clapping. I stood up and held my guitar by neck before bowing. I saw the boys in the corner clapping extremely loudly and even Laurance whistling. That doofus. I thought as I smiled and headed backstage. I walked over to my guitar case and set my guitar inside, closing it up.  I stood up and saw the cafe manager in front of me. I stood up. 

"Hey (Y/N)! Great performance today!" She said. "Thanks." I replied. The manager was always so cheery. It can be annoying at times but she's a pretty cool person. "Here's your paycheck for this week." The manager said. She pulled out an envelope from her coat pocket and handed it to me. I took the envelope and thanked her. She smiled and walked off. 

I bent down and picked up my guitar case and walked out from the side of the stage. I made my way to the guys. I sat down in between Laurance and Garroth. "Hey babe." Laurance said. He kissed my cheek. "Hey." I replied. I set my guitar on the ground. "Oh! This is Travis by the way (Y/N)." Dante said. Travis waved at me and I waved back. 

The group and I continued to talk and chat. Laurance ordered something for me. After about of hour of talking, we started to get up to leave. As I stood up, a man in a grey suit walked up to us, wanting to talk to me. 

Hey guyz! Mel here with the next chapter of 'Life Now'! Sorry for such a short chapter, I was pretty busy today and didn't have much time to write a longer chapter. Sorry once, but I hope you guys like this part. Keep reading my potatoes!
